Champions Gate Village and Posner Park are just minutes away for shopping, dining, and everyday essentials, with Target, Publix, Chick-fil-A, and Cracker Barrel all nearby. For outlet shopping, the Vineland Premium Outlets and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are a short drive east. US-192 offers a wide variety of casual dining options for the whole family.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 25 miles away. Public transportation is very limited in this area — a personal vehicle or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is strongly recommended.

- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests.
- Smoking: Not allowed anywhere on the property or at community amenities.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Events/Parties: Not permitted.
- Starter Supplies: Soap, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing as needed.
- Housekeeping: No cleaning required before departure, but excessive messes will incur an additional charge.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM per Osceola County ordinance.

Pool & Safety Rules:
- There is no lifeguard on duty — pool use is entirely at guests' own risk.
- Diving, running, and horseplay around the pool area are strictly prohibited.
- Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times by a competent adult swimmer.
- A child safety pool fence is provided.

Community Access & Parking Rules:
Enclaves at Festival is a gated community with automated gate access.
- Gate access information will be provided prior to your arrival.
- No RVs, trailers, or campers are permitted on or near the property.
