- Pool Heat: Optional heating for the pool and spa is $35 per day (Recommend requested 3 days in advance).

- Grill Rental: 4-Burner grill available for $105 per week, One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

Extra Propane Gas: $40

- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter amount of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Guests should bring extra for longer stays.

- Towels: Towels are provided; Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, we provided pool tools for the house, if you would like to go to club house to enjoy the pool, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage, provided pool towels only can use in the house pool area.

- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am.

- To help keep the home clean and comply with community guidelines, all trash must be placed inside 13-gallon trash bags.

Please ensure all bags are securely tied before placing them in the trash bins. Loose or unpackaged trash is not permitted.



Towels Policy

• Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only

• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only

• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy keyless entry to the entire home via a digital keypad lock at the front door, along with full access to all private indoor and outdoor areas.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
