The bright, open-concept living area offers comfortable seating and a large Smart TV—perfect for relaxing together after a day at the theme parks.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and everything needed to prepare family meals. Gather around the spacious dining table or enjoy additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Step through the sliding glass doors onto the covered lanai, where you can dine outdoors, lounge in the Florida sunshine, and enjoy your private screened pool and spa overlooking the lake.

Baby equipment notice: A crib is provided, but crib sheets are not included.



Important Guest Information



🚗 Parking



A maximum of five vehicles is permitted per reservation. All vehicles must comply with community parking regulations.



🕓 Check-In and Check-Out



- Check-in begins at **4:00 PM**

- Check-out is by **10:00 AM**



Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of **$45 per hour**, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request this service so we can confirm availability.



🗑️ Trash and Waste Disposal



All trash must be placed in **13-gallon trash bags** and deposited in the trash bins located at the front of the house. Trash is collected every morning by the HOA.



🏊 Pool and Spa Heating — Optional



Pool and hot tub heating is available for **$35 per day**. For the best possible water temperature upon arrival, we recommend requesting pool heat at least three days in advance.



🔥 Grill Rental — Optional



A four-burner grill is available for **$105 per week**, including one full propane tank.



- Additional rental days: **$15 per day**

- Additional propane refill: **$40**



🧻 Starter Supplies



A starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need.



🛁 Towel Policy



Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only. Pool towels provided at the home may only be used in the private pool area.



If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or any other off-site location, please bring your own towels.

Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**. Please be respectful of the neighbors and surrounding community.
