The home is also hypoallergenic with no carpeting in the home and a ceiling fan in each bedroom to aide fresh air flow throughout the home. The home is a short walk from the state-of the art clubhouse at Windsor at Westside. What a great place for families to share!

The game room is air-conditioned and fully stocked with action! Feeling competitive? Up for some games? Here you can find foosball, Marvel Air Hockey, Ping-pong, an XBOX station with a large screen TV, and an additional large flat screen TV for watching your favorite movies or sports. Be amazed and immerse yourself in the “Marvel” room and be sure to take a picture next to your favorite Marvel character!

The pool area is where you can enjoy the sun, the fresh air, and the refreshing pool water. There are sun loungers and a spillover spa for complete relaxation. For added safety, the pool deck comes equipped with a safety fence.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your needs from stainless steel appliances, to a toaster and a coffee maker.

The home has a spacious open floor plan and sits on one of the best lots in Windsor at Westside. The dining area has seating for 16 where bellies are made full and memories are sure to be created. The breakfast bar also has 4 amazing bar stools to accommodate more family time together.

The living room has a huge modern 84" fan. By day watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted 75" LED TV, then in the evenings enjoy movies and sports on the 120" projector screen complete with theater-like seating, complete state of the art surround sound system, and subwoofer.

Upstairs there is a huge Princess immersive experience themed kids bedroom complete with dynamic fiber optic lighting, hand painted effects, LED lighting, Princess themed dynamic effects, and other Princess amazement. There is also an amazing custom-built Monsters themed bedroom complete with custom LED lighting, kids toys, special themed furniture, custom painted walls, murals, and custom shelving.

In addition the villa guests will have access to the resort facilities including gym, games room, resort pool, lazy river and bar/restaurant.

Other things to note
Gated Resort for added security- please provide confirmation of the reservation to the guard. Home has a keypad for easy entry.

Pool heat is optional and costs an extra $45 per day+tax (you will receive an invoice after booking should you wish to heat the pool to standard pool temperatures only during daytime hours (not usually necessary May-Sep). We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

ORDERING POOL HEAT:
Pool heat available for $45 a day + tax. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add the pool heat to your reservation. The pool heater operates on a timer and is set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. (9am-9pm). Pool heat is not recommended for short stays, since it usually requires 72 hours to heat the swimming pool. Please note, that for the first days of your stay the pool won’t be heated.

The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. The spillover spa is attached to the pool, using the same water. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature around 80-84 degrees Fahrenheit. When in the spa mode, it will be heated up to between 94 - 102 degrees Fahrenheit. If left in spa mode the pool will not be getting any heated water and so the pool will cool down.

Pool heat must be purchased before your stay for the entire duration of your stay.
In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30`s and 40`s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature in the mid to high 80`s, especially where pool heat is provided via an electric heat pump if the outside air temperature drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Electric heating pumps do not operate effectively below this temperature, and failure of such devices to heat the pool to the desired temperature is outside of our control and is regarded as an act of nature. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.

ORDERING A BBQ GRILL:
The house does not have a grill, but we do have a grill available for rent. Price for the first week: $135 USD and after the first week you can get get another week for $135 or pay each extra day for $20. It is a 4 burner grill (Gas). If interested, you need to notify the hose prior to arrival. It is not possible to order a grill once your reservation has started.

The house does not have a grill, but we do have a grill available for rent. Price to rent the grill for the first week: $135 USD and after the first week you can get get another week for $135 USD or pay $20 USD for each additional day. It is a 4 burner grill (Gas). If interested, you need to notify the host prior to arrival. It is not possible to order a grill once your reservation has started. Grills are delivered at 5:00 P.M.

Please note that this home is "self-catering" and it is the Guest’s responsibility to replenish items such as soap, toilet paper and trash bags.

No food or condiments are provided.

Thermostat is set to 72 degrees.

The pool gets one degree warmer approximately every two or three hours. It takes a few days to get heated, if the weather is cold it takes longer to heat. If the temperature drops below 55º degrees the heater will not work. Due to these factors pool heat is not recommended for short stays.

RV and Motor Home Parking
RVs and Motor Homes are not permitted in the community. However, there are several RV resorts in the area where parking may be permitted.
