Terra Verde Resort Charming 4 Bedroom 3 Bath House

A wonderful residence in the heart of the Disney area.

Located at the beautiful guard gated community of Terra Verde, the house is just STEPS away from the impressive club house and wonderful resort facilities, which includes a large heated pool, movie room, game room, exercise room, basketball courts, tennis, volleyball, playgrounds, and much more!

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

There are two master suites each with a king bed and each with a full bath.

The main master suite has sliding doors to the pool deck and comprises of a spacious bedroom, large closet and bathroom with a door to the pool deck.

The second master suite is very private and set apart from the other bedrooms.

The two remaining rooms each have two twin beds and they share the third bathroom.

The house has a sparkling west facing pool with spa, shaded lanai, ceiling fans in every room, game room and laundry in the garage, and much more!

The comfortable living area overlooks the pool, there is a formal dining area in easy reach of the kitchen as well as a great breakfast nook. The kitchen is well equipped, has countertop eating space and provides plenty of space for cooking and dining.

Outside the pool and spa are set in a large pool deck where there is plenty of space for sunbathing and a cool lanai to provide shade at the height of the hot summer months.

Just across the street are the resort facilities which consist of a large clubhouse with lounge, gym and concierge. To the rear of the clubhouse is an amazing tranquil haven comprising of a zero-entry lagoon style pool overlooking a beautiful lake. There is a poolside bar, with formal and informal seating, hammocks for resting and loungers for sunbathing.

Other facilities include children's play areas, mini golf, and basketball.

Terra Verde is a superb location being a few minutes away from Walt Disney World and in easy reach of all the other attractions Central Florida has to offer. Its also close to a wide range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The beaches on both the East and West coasts are close enough for daily visits and Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes away.

There is a $25 fee per car that is charged by the resort, paid directly to the resort. There is also a maximum of 4 cars allowed per resort rules. The $25 resort fee is one time per stay (not daily), and gives you access to the gated entry along with the club house and all amenities.

The pool has a heater, which can be turned on for an additional $25 per day.
