Situated on the Highlands Reserve Golf Community on the US27in Davenport and just a few miles south of the US192 is this four bedroom villa. The villa has a private south west facing pool deck with a view of tall trees and golf course to the rear of the property. This villa is conveniently within walking distance of a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The Disney theme parks are just a 25 minute drive away. This villa is a perfect choice for those who like the flexibility to eat locally on rest days.
Living Accommodation - As you enter the villa there is a formal dining area with seating for six people. Adjacent to this is a formal lounge area with a sofa, two armchairs and patio doors which lead onto the pool deck. To the right of the formal lounge area is an open-plan kitchen with a table seating four people. Next to this is a family lounge area with flatscreen TV, sofa, loveseat and patio doors to the pool deck. Upstairs is a second small family lounge area with seating and TV.
Bedrooms - All bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. The Master bedroom is to the right of the formal lounge area and has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the pool deck. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the kitchen and has a King-size bed. Bedroom 3 is next to Bedroom 2 and has Twin beds. Bedroom 4 is just inside the front door to the right hand side and also has Twin beds.
Outdoor Living - There is a spacious private south west facing pool deck which overlooks tall trees and has lovely views of the golf course. A dining table for 6 people and additional seating for 4 next to the pool is ideal for those wishing to eat alfresco or simply socialize over a glass of something chilled.
