The space
As soon as you step inside this breathtaking villa, the foyer will usher you into an elaborate open living area. Reminisce on the day's activities with the whole family in one of the comfortable sofa accommodations that features a 75-inch SMART TV. The chefs of the family will be ecstatic to prepare gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Start your day off right with breakfast at the massive central island and have a family meal around the large dining table in the formal dining space can seat up to 18.

Step out onto your private pool deck with a almost 60-foot private custom pool that features a massive spillover spa. The sun shelf has 6 water loungers, 4 water tables, 2 palm trees and four classic lit bubblers for an elegant finish. Spend the day sunbathing in one of the 10 sun loungers that surround the pool while you listen to the sounds of the calming waterfall, or have some fun on the 11ft water slide or chill under the grotto. Upon entering the ground floor, you will find 3 master suites with king-sized beds, each with their own ensuite bathroom and SMART TVs. Head on up to the second floor and you will find 4 more master suits with king beds, SMART TVs and ensuites, 2 more suites that include 2 double beds, SMART TVs and ensuites and then find a massive 10 bed bunk suite with 2 full bathrooms, SMART TV and dueling slides. The fun will never stop with a massive slide that slides from the bunk suite on the second floor down to the first-floor arcade where you'll find yourself immersed in a fully-equipped arcade, complete with, Skee-Ball, dual Racing, air hocky and multi arcade game counsel.. This villa is ideal for entertaining with two private games rooms and a home media center. Play a round of knockout in the indoor basketball court or play a game of pool on the 7-Foot Slate Pool table, or grab a drink from the centrally located themed media room wet bar. This house is located in a gated community that has some private amenities that you will not have access to such as a small water park, golf and a putt putt course. We have taken great care to build this masterpiece with with plenty of fun including the largest private pool with slide and oversized spa, an awesome arcade with full size commercial machines, a basketball court, ect, ect. If you are looking for other attractions and amenities we will be happy to provide you a list of local public golf courses, water parks and putt putt.
