Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $100 per night (minimum of 2 nights). For 1-night stays, the fee is $150.

To maintain consistent water temperature and manage high operational and maintenance costs, pool heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay (partial-stay heating is not available).
Please confirm at least 24–48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated, as we need advance notice to schedule and ensure it’s ready for your arrival. Payment will be arranged once confirmed.

🔹 Pool & Yard Maintenance
Regular maintenance takes place Monday and Wednesday, depending on the weather. Our team works quickly to ensure minimal disruption to your stay.

🔥 Grill Usage
A grill is available for $75 per stay – perfect for poolside BBQs and outdoor dining! Guests are responsible for its use and will be held liable for any damages or accidents. Please enjoy responsibly.
