| HOUSE RULES |
★ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ★
⇒ Check-In: Please adhere to the check-in time stated in your booking confirmation. Early check-in requests must be made 1-2 days in advance, are subject to availability & additional fees.
⇒ Check-Out: Ensure you check out by the time listed on your Renters Agreement or the time you have coordinated with us. There are no exceptions to check-out time. Late departures will incur a fee of $100 per hour. This ensures our cleaning staff has ample time to prepare the property for the next guests.

★ OCCUPANCY ★
⇒ Maximum Occupancy: The number of people allowed at the property is limited to the guests listed in the booking. All guests must be pre-approved. Bringing friends or family who aren't part of your booking is not okay. The property is meant for the use and enjoyment of the booked guests only, not for gatherings.
* Please note, if this rule is broken, it will lead to the end of your booking at your expense, as stated in our rental agreement.

★ PROPERTY CARE ★
⇒ REMOTE CONTROLS: Please care for all remotes. Lost/damaged remotes incur a replacement fee of $50 each.

⇒ TRASH DISPOSAL: Avoid leaving excessive trash on the floor. Use the provided trash cans to dispose of your waste. A fee of $200 will be charged for excessive trash left on the floor.

⇒ FURNITURE: Please do not move furniture, especially across floors, as it is very difficult for our housekeeping staff to return it to its rightful place. If furniture is moved and not returned to its original place, a fee of $200 will be charged.

⇒ FOOD AND DRINKS: No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms, playroom, or on fabric furniture. This helps prevent stains on furniture, bedding, rugs, and flooring. Guests will be financially responsible for any items requiring additional cleaning to remove stains and spills.

⇒ CLEANING: The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning of the house. Please leave the house in the condition you found it, minus normal wear and tear. Additional cleaning fees will apply for:
* Stained towels, bedsheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items.
* Garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag.
* Liquid or food spills.
* Any additional cleaning or treatment that delays the average turnover of the house.

★ PARTIES & EVENTS ★
⇒ Parties and events are strictly prohibited at the property. We ask all guests to respect this rule to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of your booking and additional charges.

★ POOL RULES ★
⇒ Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool.
⇒ For safety reasons, no running or diving is allowed.
⇒ Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool or hot tub.
⇒ Additionally, glass is not allowed outside by the pool area.
* Please note that our beach towels are our property, not the community, so please ensure any towels taken to the clubhouse are returned to our home.

★ STAR WARS PLAYROOM ★
⇒ The playroom has various interactive elements such as black light, slides, a climbing wall, and Nerf guns. Please use these responsibly.
⇒ Inspect all play equipment before use to ensure safety and security.
⇒ Children must always be supervised by an adult while in the playroom.
⇒ Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
⇒ Shoes are required when using the playroom.
⇒ No food or drink allowed.
⇒ No dogs allowed.
* Please note that use of the play equipment is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the playroom.

★ NON-SMOKING PROPERTY ★
⇒ This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the house or in the pool/patio area. Violating this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250 plus any additional costs for damages and repairs, which may include an Ozone air treatment.

★ PETS – IF APPLICABLE ★
⇒ Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick treatments. Excessive noise, such as barking, must be controlled to avoid disturbing neighbors.
⇒ If leaving the property, please ensure your pet is appropriately kenneled to ensure your dog's safety and protect the property. Per local ordinances, pets must be leashed at all times when outside the property to ensure the safety of your pet and other guests in the community.
⇒ Keep dogs off all furniture and beds.
⇒ Clean up after your pet, both inside and outside.
* Please note any damage caused by pets must be reported immediately and may incur additional fees.

★ QUIET HOURS ★
⇒ Please respect our quiet hours from 11PM to 7AM. We ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment.

★ HOUSE RULES COMPLIANCE ★
⇒ Breaching any of these house rules violates the rental agreement terms. It can result in a reduction in the security deposit or termination of permission to occupy the property.

★ EMERGENCY/MAINTENANCE ACCESS ★
⇒ We reserve the right to enter the premises during standard business hours for emergencies, necessary maintenance, and repairs. We will make every attempt to contact you before accessing the property; however, if we do not receive your response, we will proceed as needed. We reserve the right to enter the property anytime if house rules are broken.
