Great property, very spacious for 5 adults and 3 kids. Communication with property manager great and the property owner got straight back to us when we contacted him. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Check in at the front gate was easy. My only issue was parking wasn't ideal due to HOA only allowing 3 vehicles in the driveway. Overflow parking is not within reasonable walking distance. The owners vehicle was parked in the driveway during our stay. He did apologize for not disclosing that before hand. If I was traveling without my husband I probably wouldn't have entered the home due to seeing a car parked in the driveway. This is the only reason I did not rate 5 stars. Other than that the home is very inviting. The beds were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space. The highlight of the home was the POOL! My youngest built his confidence of swimming in 5 ft during our stay. The pool is 3-5 ft deep and is a really nice size. The kids preferred to stay at the rental and swim all day. There was plenty of seating on the patio and beach towels readily avaliable for drying off. I wouldn't mind staying again.

Nice place to stay!

We had a great vacation! The house was very nice and clean. The sofas were super comfy. The pool was amazing! We would definitely stay there again. The only complaint we had was checking in. The lanes were confusing and it took more than 10 minutes to check in.

6 day stay

Everything was good except that the game room lights would shut off if we used the AC, we booked this property because it had a pool table. It was extremely hot and the breaker kept going off the first night, the property manager responded in a timely manner but we didn't use the game room at all after the first night. Property is close to the parks and we loved the pool.

As Advertised

Great house and location. In normal traffic, it’s 15-20 minutes to the parks. I think this is the closest you can get and be in a large house. House was very clean and had all we needed to make breakfast every morning. The pool is pristine. House is comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 8. Entrance to neighborhood is controlled by live security guards so feels very safe. Many houses here are used for vacation rentals so lots of families doing the same thing. Grocery store is less than a mile away. We would stay here again because it is an excellent value and location.

Great safe and clean location

Great location, always felt safe. Would help to add fan to downstairs bedroom would get hot. Stairs are hard on people with knee problems where there were fans .

Beautiful and very clean and so many extras

This is a beautiful home, the pool and hot tub were perfect, so many extras in the home. Very private back yard.Our family of 10 will go back again! The owners very very accommodating also with all our requests and communication.

Sun all Day 5 star stay

Recommend this property if you want Florida sun all day lounge by the pool and relax in the large comfortable Villa. Owner is helpful and accommodating fully recommend

Disney vacation

Really great location and house was exactly as advertised. Great house, nice amenities and bonuses such as room and house pool and hot tub as well as access to the community pool and center. Recommend for and Disney family vacation!

Plenty of room for Disney fun!

House was exactly as listed. Easy access to all 4 Disney parks. Half our party couldn’t make it but would have fit all 11 of us comfortably. Hot tub got very warm which was great for those cool days! Only issues we had were the trash bags which ripped easy - no biggie just grabbed some at the store. Plenty of linens and etc. my kids loved the themed kids rooms.

6 day vacations

It was overall a nice experience. The house was very comfortable and huge. We had all the pleasure we needed for our stay. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, game room and living room for movie nights were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend everyone to come this house and have the best stay for a family vacation.

Perfect house for our family to gathet!

This property was great. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was a huge hit. The added security that is required for entering the pool area was comforting. The beds were comfortable. The linens and towels were quality and plentiful. The kitchen was large enough for our many cooks. The location was wonderful. Easy drive to all parks and the hwy 192 had everything you need within a couple of miles either direction. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Highly recommend for a visit to Disney and other parks in the area. Very happy with the price for our 7 nights.

Disney vacation home

The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. It was conveniently located to the Disney parks which is where we spent our time. It was very clean and had a very nice pool that the kids really enjoyed. We had a wonderful vacation.

Family Visit To Disney

So comfortable and all the amenities would need for a home away from home. Excellent location short distance from the parks and idea shopping area close by. The kids had so much fun staying there with pool and water park they were very happy campers. Adults enjoyed the spacious layout so that everyone could have alone time when needed. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic place

This property was excellent. The pool was amazing, the home was very well stocked with everything that you would need - the kitchen had every appliance and cooking utensil needed. The pool towels lessened the need to pack some, the game room had lots of activities for the kids when they had enough sun, the pool was large and the outside furniture was great. Although the community pool was nice, my family preferred to spend their time at the home. The hosts are wonderful people. I would recommend this place to anyone !

Amazing! We will be back!

So clean! I am very picky and we have stayed at a few places in the area but this was our first time in Windsor Hills. The property was SO well maintained and had alot of extras than your typical VRBO rentals. You can tell they thought of every detail and more! Everything was in great shape and exceeded my expectations from the photos. This has not been the case in other properties. Communication was excellant as we had asked a few questions. Being so close to the park was nice after a long day and easy to get in and out of the property with the pass. If you go right at 4 to get your pass at the gate, expect to wait a bit. The community pool was a hit with the whole family. The property pool was also amazing and had an alarm sensor on the door, besides the pool safety fence, that gave me piece of mind with my toddler. We will be back!

A home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at your home. It was wonderful. The pool was amazing! My granddaughters loved swimming before and after visiting the parks. The home very clean. Location was perfect, very close all the Disney Parks, Sea World, Discovery Cove and local grocery stores. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and serve. This home was very comfortable! The owner was very responsive and available, if we needed anything. Very easy check in, security codes were all set when we arrived. Great home and very relaxing. We have a fabulous time. Thank you Fred! See you next year.

Great Vacation

We are just home from a 10 night stay. Want to thank homeowner Fred for making the rental process a breeze from beginning to end. He reached out on our second day to see if everything was ok with the house. Had a little problem with the downstair air conditioner. Called Julie the property manager, she had Keith the maintenance man there within an hour and he had it fixed within a half hour. The home is as shown on the website. The attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings are impressive. Would definitely rate it five stars. The family enjoyed the very private pool area. We have previously rented homes in other subdivisions in the area including Windsor Hills. We enjoyed this home the most. We hope to rent this home on future trips and would also recommend this home for your vacation, you won’t be disappointed. The Rush Family-Pennsylvania July 24th- August 3rd, 2022

Perfect for family vacation

We had a great family vacation at the house. There were 12 family members, from age 6 to 73, and we all had a great time. The house was very clean, well stocked, and we had plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the pool and the outside area, especially since it was very hot while we were there. The game room was also a hit. We used the resort's pool, playground, and sports area which we enjoyed also. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. It was a great vacation and we made lots of wonderful memories there.
