Located just 2 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and minutes to numerous restaurants and outlet malls. This well-equipped villa will surely make your visit to Florida comfortable and very memorable.

For people not familiar with the area, Kissimmee is part of the Orlando metropolitan area. For the exact location of the villa and proximity to the parks, zoom out slightly on the map below.

The villa has a very comfortable king bed, it is fully equipped with everything you need from towels, sheets, bathroom essentials, iron, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, and blender.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests to stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting touches surfaces ( lights, switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc ) before your check-in.

Although we are making these efforts to clean and disinfect, please take your own precautions.

Parking is a few steps away from the unit for convenience. At the clubhouse, also a few steps away, there are computers and printers for guests to use, gym, laundry room, heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, a BBQ area and basketball court.

Our goal is to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Easy access to the villa with self check-in and keyless entry door lock and free parking. We provide an initial supply of bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo+conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels.

We can arrange a pack n play for an additional fee of $45 for an entire stay.
