The entire house is air-conditioned with the addition of ceiling fans in every room, tastefully decorated and is fitted with flat screen TV's (7) throughout,
The games room is equipped above normal standards, with pool, darts, air hockey, foosball, PS3 and Xbox.

Explanation of pool heat;
For your comfort and convenience we have installed two systems of pool heat.
1) Solar, this is always on and is complementary.
2) Electric heat exchange. This is an optional extra, and chargeable. (Recommended from October to April)
If you choose to have the pool heated by electric heat exchange, you only need to advise the host of your request.
As Vrbo do not have a facility for 'options' the cost is charged separately to Vrbo billing. The host will invite you to pay via a separate PayPal request.

Note;
Please make sure you read the rental agreement associated with this home. There is nothing onerous in them but make sure you read them as once booked these are the terms that will apply.
Finally please note; Sky Visitor There is a $20 resort charge associated with each booking and each car within that booking. This is to be paid seperately and directly to SkyVisitor system of Emerald Island Resort in advance of arrival.
