With its luxurious amenities, stunning surroundings, and convenient location, it's the perfect destination for families, couples, and adventure seekers alike. Located in a quiet area of this extensive resort community named “The Cove East”, not only will guests of this end-unit home enjoy full access to all resort pools and amenities, but it’s closest clubhouse just 2 minutes by foot from the home comes bursting with perks to kick your vacation off right.

Cool off in the resort-style swimming pool or take a leisurely float down the lazy river, lounging poolside in the available cabanas for rent. Grab a refreshing cocktail at the tiki bar or a sweet treat at the ice cream shop, with additional onsite dining options making mealtimes a literal breeze. Kids will delight in playing the 9-hole mini golf course or making new friends on the playground, while the adults can burn off energy in the fitness center. These are just a few examples of what’s waiting for you at sunny Storey Lake.

You don’t have to leave the home in search of fun and excitement, however, a destination in its own right filled with host of incredible benefits. Beat the heat and cool off in your own private inground pool, or unwind in the hot tub after a long day. (Please note: The hot tub does not have a bubbling feature). Fire up the grill and host a delicious barbeque lunch, dining al fresco at the outdoor table under the shaded patio. In the off chance of a rainy day, crank up the competition in the garage-converted game room, challenging one another to thrilling rounds of foosball and air hockey. All this and we haven’t even stepped foot indoors yet!

The gorgeous interior boasts soaring vaulted ceilings complimented by plentiful windows, the bright, natural light creating just the right ambiance for relaxation and connectivity. Kick up your feet in the stylish living room on comfortable sofa and armchair seating, streaming all of your favorite entertainment on the mounted smart TV. The kids can escape to the loft for their own entertainment, with a smart TV and bean bag chairs perfect for lounging between turns on the cabinet arcade game. Back downstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped for all your mealtime endeavors, offering full-sized appliances, glossy stone countertops, and plentiful cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Hop up to the island to nosh on a spread of afternoon appetizers or enjoy a more formal dining experience around the table with seating for 8.

This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes 1 twin size bed, 1 full size bed, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, crib, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes 3 additional full guest bathrooms, all offering a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• The hot tub does not have a bubbling feature
• Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional lot parking available across the street for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located at and actively monitoring the home’s entrance.

- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.

This home is located less than 14 miles from Walt Disney World and just 18 miles from Universal Studios. Step into the nostalgic charm of Old Town, just 5 minutes away, an enchanting entertainment district offering an eclectic mix of dining, shopping, and thrilling rides. Popular Sunset Walk is just a 25 min drive away, featuring the Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and much more. There’s truly something for everyone!

HOUSE RULES:
• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.

Great location in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much!Cleanliness was good but some deeper cleaning like messes on the walls would make it feel cleaner. Some of the furniture was flimsy appeared it would break easily.
