The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs you’ll find three themed rooms. Bedroom 1 – “Star Wars‑ Rise of the Resistance” offers one full bed, one twin bed and a TV, sleeping two. Bedroom 2 – “Mickey and Minnie Railway Runaway” mirrors the layout with one full bed, one twin bed and a TV, sleeping two. Bedroom 3 – “Blue Sanctuary” features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, sleeping two. Downstairs, Bedroom 4 – “Midnight Nest” provides a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, also sleeping two. A Pack n Play is available upon request.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio where a BBQ grill waits for your favorite meals. A dining table seats eight for al fresco gatherings, and lounge chairs offer a perfect spot to watch the sunset after a day at the parks.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and a huge island with seating for four. A formal dining area comfortably seats eight, while the open‑concept living space invites relaxed conversation.



Resort amenities

Your stay includes access to a game room, a water slide, a lazy river, a gym, and both volleyball and tennis courts. These shared facilities add extra excitement without leaving the property.

The home sits in Davenport, a short drive from the major attractions: Disney World is 20 minutes away, SeaWorld 25 minutes, and Universal Studios 35 minutes. The convenient distance lets you maximize park time while returning to a quiet retreat.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
