This wonderful vacation home is located in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort. It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths along with a full kitchen, a private, screened-in pool, spa, and patio area. With an amazing pool area overlooking spectacular lake views and nature reserve, no rear neighbors!!!

While we offer a pet-friendly home, we ask you to PLEASE send a message PRIOR to booking with the breed, size, age, and number of pets you would like to have in your group. We welcome well-trained pets and responsible owners while only charging one flat daily rate of $38/night regardless of the number of pets. ALL pets must be LEASHED when outside the house or pool area.

Our home has all the features to comfortably provide you and your family with the amenities while on vacation! A kitchen ready for your cooking needs, a private pool and spa which can be heated for use during those cooler winter months for an additional fee, and smart TVs.

Heating options are only available for the full term during the rental period and MUST be ordered before arrival to allow enough time for tech to activate. The pool needs a minimum of 24+ hours to heat, depending on the weather.
