There are three bedrooms with queen beds in two and two twin beds in the third room. There is a separate living area and a large size kitchen.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and formal dining area, TV in each room and a washer and dryer, linen and towels are provided to the guests!

The pool and gym are open from 8am-10pm.

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils

This home is located very close to many restaurants and shopping.

This is a strictly no smoking property.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.

Please note there is a security camera outside the main door monitoring the entryway to the house.

We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.
