The master bedroom is really large and there are two other bedrooms as well so plenty of space to spread out along with fantastic walk in closets ! The location of this unit gives quick access to Disney with all your shopping and entertainment within very close distance and includes a dedicated parking spot! Located on the second floor of the condo building, This community is great too , community pool, a hot tub and sauna along with a great picnic area , basket ball, and tennis courts. Guess has access to the entire place. Also they have access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and the exercise room. This community is great with a fantastic heated community pool, a hot tub and sauna along with a great picnic area , basket ball, and tennis courts. The location of this unit gives quick access to DisneyWorld & Disney Springs your are 5 mins from Vineland Premium Outlet Mall with all your shopping and entertainment within very close distance and includes a dedicated parking spot! Located on the second floor of the condo building, that puts you nice and high to catch the breezes as this unit has a great balcony space off of the bedroom so you or your guests can enjoy the mild Florida winters! ahh!

Clean and spacious

Very clean and spacious. Close to Disney World. The host was very quick to respond to questions. The property needed a few more towels and dishes.

Family vacation

Property was clean and setup for our visit, close to most attractions and very spacious for our family of four. We were able to cook if we wanted to, or just warm up leftovers, owner were very responsive when we needed questions answered, our only problem was the outside stairs were being worked on during our visit and they modified the stairs making them steeper,to climb to get to the condo and this made it very difficult for my husband to climb as he has a disability and walks with a cane but they (the stairs) were being repaired as we were leaving to return home,So they should be fine going forward.

An OK stay

My stay here was ok. When we arrived the home had been sprayed heavily with air freshener. This was a red flag because If the house is cleaned then a lot of room spray is not necessary. The house seemed cleaned so not sure why the need for all the room spray. The home is pretty basic. The blinds were old and the furniture should be updated. A lot of the things in the home have seen better days. There were old sponges left for cleaning dishes. An old dish detergent that was mixed with water. We just went out a bought dish soap and dish towels since I didn’t want to use old sponges. Some of the pots and pans need to be replaced, they were old and sticky. The ironing board does not stand on its own. It kept falling while I was trying to use it. The celling fan light in the master bedroom does not work but there were 2 lamps in the room that do work, but without the celling fan light the master bedroom is dark. There were only 4 towels in the house, we are a family of five so we requested more towels and the house keeper came over with more towels. I probably would not stay here again.

Perfect Hidden Gem

We had the best time on our trip to Disney and the apartment was perfectly placed for Disney and everything else!! Close enough to get to everything but far enough to be out of the tourist craziness. It was wonderfully clean, and decorated so nicely! It was very homely and we were so comfortable the minute we walked in the door. The host was so nice and helpful, very fast to respond and even offered some recommendations of things to do with a little one! We will definitely being staying here again!!

Perfect Rental for our family's inaugural Winter vacation

This property was as listed for the most part. It was very clean which was so nice and there seemed to be some newish appliances (fridge and oven). There was plenty of space for our growing family and the location was within 20-25 minutes of most major attractions. Communication with owner was great as well. Additionally, we were able to do laundry, so we didnt have to pack as many clothes. I truly hate to give four stars, but I cannot give it 5 in good faith due to the following (which has been comminicated to the property owner): - Most of the remotes and clocks had dead batteries - The listed wifi username and password were not accurate and we had to reference the router. (I assume there was a service or provider update recently because the username and password were the defaults listed on the router). - One of the closet doors in the dual twin bedroom was falling off the track and was slightly hazardous, so we had to remove it to prevent an accident. Overall it was a wondeful stay and we would certainly rent it again as long as the previous issues were addressed. Thanks for reading!

Clean and spacious

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool area and club house are well kept and for the majority of our stay, we were the only users. Air conditioning worked well to all rooms. Kitchen had everything we required. Beds were comfortable enough.

Family Condo

The place is near stores and restaurants. The drive to theme parks is not far but what makes it longer is the traffic. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she gave me some very good recommendations. We were not able to watch anything on TV as there was no cable or access to any applications (Netflix, prime, etc). When we cooked, the pans and knives were not in very good shape. We only had access to two big trash bags and we booked for 6 days. Despite of the above noted things, I really enjoyed the place.

Amazing

The place was nice and very clean. Every amenity you needed. The rooms were spacious and it was very cozy. Definitely would be booking again. Best of all everything store wise is literally less than a 10 minute drive. Also not far from the fun. Parks, them parks, and just different outings with your family. I would recommend to anyone. If youre tjinking of booking do it. And the owners are just a call or rext away if you shall need anything or have questions. They were super nice and helpful.

Overall great stay. If you have more than 4 people i definitely reccomend bringing your own towels and wash cloths. Close to Disney, and a lot of other stores and such.

My family loved this beautiful, clean condo for our stay near Disneyworld. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals; the washer and dryer were nice to use so we could travel home with clean clothes; and we loved how spacious the family room and bedrooms are. There is a cute playground in the community, plus an outdoor pool and spa. It's also close to grocery stores, drugstores, and lots of fast food and restaurants. The host was super easy to communicate with and made all check-in and check-out procedures clear and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Short stay

Overall this was just what I expected. Clean and beds were comfortable. Could use a starter package of laundry soap. Dishes were in a really strange spot, I needed a step stool to reach them so just used disposable stuff. It was a little strange to see how many locks were on the door, 4 locks made me wonder what the neighborhood was like. We had no issues but it was kind of worrisome to see. The lamp in the master bedroom was broken but I didn't need it. They were very responsive to fixing it so shouldn't be a problem for next guests. Overall I would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay here. It was very clean, and comfortable. It looked just like the photos described. The property is located in a great area close to Disney , restaurants and shopping areas.The host was very caring and responsive and made the entire stay feel like we were home. Overall the host was amazing. I would definitely recommend the stay here if you are in the area. I will definitely return in the future.

Wish to be back

The condo was very clean. The host was very much available and caring. The unit was homey and very large. Our 3 grandchildren came for a visit during spring break and one of them said « The pool was the one where he had the most fun ever ». The supplies, i.e. pots, pans, bedding, etc. were new and very much appreciated. The location was central to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We were asked to give some suggestions to improve our stay at the condo. Well, that is hard to find, however one thing was that the washing machine was noisy and unbalanced. As well, we have found that 2023 prices were quite a bit higher than the last time we were in Kissimmee in 2020. Again, we wish we will be able to go back.
