We wanted to inform you of an amenity closure, while also updating you on our new pool and bar. The Vista Cay Clubhouse pool and deck area will be closing for major renovations and upgrades from September 2024 and will reopen by mid to end of April 2025. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the community’s Board of Directors wants to ensure the resort continues to offer excellent service to our guests, now and in the future. The Board would also like to complete this project before the opening of Epic Universe, Universal Studios’ newest theme park, which will be opening right across the street from Vista Cay!
While the Clubhouse pool and hot tub will not be available, Vista Cay just completed construction on it’s 3rd pool as well as a new standalone bar with expanded food options. This new pool area is complete with brand new bathrooms, a fire pit, and children’s splash pad. All of this is in addition to the second pool that already existed in the Isles!

Also, please be advised that the home that you are renting is located within a condominium which contains certain amenities and common areas (including but not limited to the swimming pool, gym, elevators, sauna, alarm system, etc…) which may from time to time not be fully functional or operational or may be under repair as managed by the building administration such that the use of these areas and/or amenities may be unavailable or limited during your stay in the condo. In this context, while we recognize and regret any resulting inconvenience to our guests, the owner of the home will not be responsible for any such events of outage or unavailability and shall have no responsibility or obligation to grant any discount or refund of any of the rental fee as a result of any such circumstances.
