Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

PET FRIENDLY
Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $199+ taxes.
We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.

BBQ Grill
The BBQ grill is available for $50 + taxes for your entire stay.
For added convenience, we also offer a promotional package for $100 + taxes, which includes the BBQ grill and one propane tank delivered to the property.

Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed during their stay. We recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up anything else you may need.

Getting around
Parking is limited to 5 cars per stay, not to be exceeded.
Cars are allowed in the garage, driveway, the spot in front of the property, and at the clubhouse, totaling 5 cars.
To enter the gate guard, it will be requested a gate code.
It is not permitted to park on the grass, on pedestrian sidewalks, near fire hydrants, or in areas marked with a yellow line, as parking there is strictly prohibited.
No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard.
