One of the home's standout features is the private southwest-facing screened pool and spa overlooking a peaceful conservation area. The natural backdrop creates a more relaxing outdoor setting where your family can enjoy time together without giving up the privacy and convenience of your own vacation home.

Start the morning with coffee on the screened lanai, enjoy an afternoon swim between theme park adventures, or return after an exciting day at Walt Disney World and relax beside the water. The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide a comfortable gathering area for making the most of Florida's warm weather.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Inside, the approximately 2,800-square-foot layout comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. A king primary bedroom is conveniently located downstairs, providing a comfortable option for guests who prefer to minimize trips up and down the stairs.

CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF AT HIGHLANDS RESERVE

Golfers will encounter pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, wide and open fairways inspired by traditional Scottish courses, and touches of old Florida scenery with citrus trees throughout the countryside. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in anytime after 4:00 PM without the need to meet anyone in person. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions before arrival, making it quick and easy to access the home and begin your vacation.

SELF-CATERING HOME

This vacation home is fully equipped, furnished, and self-catering. An initial starter supply of essential items is provided, including toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one tall kitchen garbage bag.
