We stayed for six nights in late December 2025 while visiting Disney World.The positives:This is a true 5-bedroom, 4-bath home. The garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table and an air hockey table. The location is convenient—close to Disney properties, Walmart, and many restaurants. There is also a community park directly across the street. All TVs were equipped with Roku devices for streaming. John was our main point of contact and was responsive.The issues:I chose this property specifically because it had the number of bedrooms we needed and advertised a spa/pool. Upon arrival, the spa was not heated. When I contacted John, he stated that heating the spa would be an additional 35 per day and that it likely would not work well due to cooler nighttime temperatures. The VRBO listing did not disclose any additional fee for a heated spa. John acknowledged this, and we spent 30–45 minutes getting the spa heater to work. This needs to be clearly disclosed in the listing for future guests.Other concerns during our stay:•Very limited soap provided for both handwashing and showers•Many bath towels were worn and old•One toilet seat was cracked in half; another became completely detached•Multiple light fixtures had burned-out bulbs•The air hockey table did not work (John attempted to get it repaired and ultimately issued a 65 credit)•No extra toilet paper was provided beyond the rolls already on the holders•No dishwasher detergent or tabs•Ins
