The Space:

Sunlight spills across the living spaces as palm-lined resort roads lead you back from a day of parks and poolside fun. Evenings settle easily here, whether you are floating in the pool, challenging the family to a game, or gathering for a movie night after a full day out. This Davenport home balances time together and room to unwind, all within Solterra Resort and a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 14 guests across six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, offering flexibility for families and groups. Downstairs, two bedrooms provide easy access and privacy - one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, each with an attached bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms feature a queen bed and a king bed, both with attached bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms are designed with kids and teens in mind, including a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full bed, and a triple bunk bed with three twin beds plus a trundle with a twin bed.



Living spaces & entertainment

Shared areas are set up for relaxed time together. The main living area has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, making it easy to unwind after busy days out. A dedicated game room adds a playful option for all ages, while the private theater creates a cozy setting for movie nights without leaving home.



Outdoor living

The pool anchors the outdoor space, offering a refreshing break during warm Florida days. Pool heat is available for an additional fee, giving you flexibility during cooler evenings. Outdoor furniture and loungers provide a simple spot to relax, chat, or take a break between swims.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen supports both quick meals and longer sit-downs, with full-size appliances and space to cook for a group. Indoor and outdoor dining areas make it easy to gather for breakfast before heading out or enjoy dinner at home after a full day of activities.



Resort amenities

Staying here includes access to Solterra Resort facilities, all shared with the community. Enjoy the resort-style pool with water slide, lazy river, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, recreational areas, and a poolside cafe - all within the neighborhood.



Comforts & conveniences

The home offers self check-in with a smart lock, free parking on the premises, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and washer and dryer. Family-friendly amenities include a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s books and toys. The property is pet-friendly and supports long-term stays of 28 days or more. Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the home only.



Location

Set in Davenport, the home is about 20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. You can enjoy easy access to theme parks and local attractions while returning each evening to a quieter resort setting that makes slowing down just as easy as heading out.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.



The home is also located inside the Solterra Resort! Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area (please note some amenities have a cost). Kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.



Getting Around:

Kissimmee Station - 25 min drive

Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) - 30 min drive



Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
