YOUR PRIVATE VACATION RETREAT



Step inside and discover a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together. The modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to prepare family meals and vacation snacks.



Share meals around the spacious dining area, unwind in the comfortable living spaces, or enjoy some friendly competition in the game area. With Smart TVs throughout the home and high-speed Wi-Fi, entertainment is always close at hand.



PRIVATE POOL & SPA



Make the most of Florida's sunshine in your own screened outdoor pool area. Take a refreshing swim, lounge poolside, or enjoy a relaxing soak in the spa after a busy day exploring Orlando.



The screened enclosure creates a comfortable outdoor setting for spending time together, enjoying the sunshine, and unwinding at your own pace.



Pool and spa heating is available for $50 per day, with a two-day minimum. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. Heating is optional and subject to confirmation.

IMPORTANT RESORT AMENITY UPDATE – SOLTERRA RESORT



Please note that Solterra Resort is currently undergoing renovations to its aquatic amenities. The main resort swimming pool, lazy river, water attractions, and hot tub are temporarily closed, with reopening anticipated on December 14, 2026.



During this period, guests may continue to enjoy other available resort amenities, including the fitness center, sports and recreational facilities, clubhouse services, and Café Sol, subject to availability and operating hours.

Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, and golf courses are also available nearby. Travel times vary depending on traffic and your destination.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION



Pool and spa heating: Optional at $40 per day, with a two-day minimum. Request at least 48 hours before arrival.



Resort amenities: Optional access requires a one-time $45 registration fee per household, paid directly at the clubhouse.



Pets: Pets are permitted only with advance disclosure and approval under our pet policy. A maximum of two pets weighing up to 40 lbs each is allowed, with a $100 fee per pet and a signed Pet Agreement required before arrival. Pets may not be left unattended unless secured in an appropriate crate and are not permitted on furniture. Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and odors.



Parking: The home accommodates up to three vehicles in the garage and driveway. Parking on grass, blocking sidewalks, or obstructing neighboring homes is prohibited. Follow community parking rules to avoid towing.



Linens and towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Washcloths are not supplied.
