• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (including children and infants)

• Pool use at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times

• Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes. It must be requested at booking or at least 1 day before check-in. Heating stays min for 3 nights or for your entire reservation and runs 24 hours a day, set between 90°F to 91°F. Note that it may not work in near-freezing temperatures.
• Our pool at home is serviced with the highest quality and care. The pool is cleaned weekly every Monday morning by a professional and licensed pool company
• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40.00 +taxes for its use.
This fee would ensure that you don’t have to clean the grill before checkout. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at they own risk, and they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Two designated Free parking spaces in front of the house.
• Overflow parking is available in the cul-de-sac next to our house.
• Make sure the vehicle parked in the cul-de-sac is parked correctly in a marked parking bay. The towing company randomly patrol and will tow any vehicle that is not parked correctly.

• No extra guests, besides the ones on reservation, are allowed on the property overnight. A charge of $100 per person exceeding 9 guests will be applied.
• Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
• Outside cameras are installed for protection of guests, housekeepers, contractors and the homeowner. Guests have no permission to cover, remove or tamper with the cameras or Wi-Fi internet.
