The home is as listed. The interior was clean. Plenty of space for large gatherings. The communication...from the start...with management was not the greatest. I had my doubts going into it but we gave it a chance. Let me just express to you that I haven't experienced a more disappointing experience in renting a property than when I stayed here. I hope others have a better experience. First, they need to update their check in process. Perhaps having a sign that states, if you block the sidewalk in anyway, shape, or form...your car will be towed. This needs to be BIG and BOLD. We were unloading our vehicles. Drove down about a 1000 miles... imagine the amount of luggage. We blocked the sidewalk while unloading because you have to stager vehicles in that super narrow and short driveway. One of our vehicles were towed in less than 15 mins upon arrival...as we were unpacking. No card left. No nothing. Just gone. I cannot express to you enough....this was 15 min and under..upon arrival. That is ridiculous. We were in a panic. Thought our car was stolen. As we discovered...towed! You can't make this up. Ridiculous is an understatement. We spent our first day fighting and paying to get our car back! Calling management was a joke. Sending messages was a joke. There is so much more to this but the review only allows so many characters. It gets worse. Go ahead and respond "host". Just terrible

Home away from home

Home was gorgeous and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It was great having individual bathrooms with all of the bedrooms. Great location. Property manager was quick and responsive with a question we had. Loved our stay!

A great week was had.

Property was great location to all the parks. Easy access. Prompt responses when we had a questions. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and no one in our party had to try to share. My only complaint would be that there was no extra garbage bags or toilet paper in the house.

Sisterhood of Wacky Women

Biannual reunion of 9 sisters of the heart. The home is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean and exactly as pictured. Kitchen was large with the biggest kitchen island that fit all 9 of us. Plus the open kitchen was connected to the large open living room so everyone was included in what was going on. The one small downside was the ice machine was broken. The heated pool was glorious. The game room was fun. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home for your getaways. Even though you could only park 2 cars at the home, the extra parking lot was only 2 blocks away.

Beautiful Florida Home

This home was absolutely beautiful and clean. It was also huge and accommodated all of my children, spouses and grandchildren. We only had one issue. We were told they would have 3 pack and plays for my grand-babies and when we got to the house there were only 2 by the door. We looked for the third but didn’t see it. So we called and spoke with someone. They said someone would get back with us and they never did. They didn’t call us back at all. We ended up having to go buy a pack and play. The day before we left we found the third pack and play in a closet. We were glad we bought one because the one we found was dirty and stained. Other than that, we loved the house.

Teachers having a quick break!

Group of nine women had a ball hanging out at the pool, listening to music and eating good food! House was beautiful and very well stocked (plenty of towels, cookware, blender, games and much more).

Fantastic

What a beautiful property! We were thrilled to find it exactly as pictured. So clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was fully stocked. All the rooms and bathrooms were excellent. We had a blast out by the pool just about everyday. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. It was a really nice and relaxing vacation. Thank you so much!

Big house

The house was great for our party of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and large enough for all of us to dine together. the back door wasnt working properly and management sent someone out quickly to fix it. The only 2 issues were the TVs in the bedroom were very slow and we had horrible loud neighbors but that can happen anywhere.

Amazing

This property exceeded our expectations! When we first walked in, it was so clean and beautiful! The pictures on line didn’t do the house justice. The space was amazing! Each bedroom being an en-suite provided each of us with our private Space. There were 14 of us and we never felt crowded. The kids loved the upstairs tv room and the game room with the pool table, air hockey, and game system! The kitchen had absolutely every thing anyone could need to prepare meals. The pool was beautiful! We spent hours swimming and just hanging out at the pool playing cards and relaxing. The home was close to a Walmart where groceries and anything else we needed could be purchased. Also there were some places to eat near by. The gated community made us all feel safe. We were called several times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We look forward to booking again soon!

So worth it, very impressed!!!

The house was Beautiful!! We were all very impressed. Meticulously decorated. The whole house was very, very clean. The furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool area just like the house everything was clean. We would definitely return to spend some time in this beautiful home.

Bellavida property

The house was exactly what we wanted and the communication with the property owner was great however we had experienced a shooting right in front of our house 3 days into our stay that involved police and a helicopter with a spotlight. The property owner did help by relocating us due to our concerns for our safety but sadly the house they relocated us to wasn't what we wanted. They gave us a house that didn't have the bedrooms or bathrooms that we had at the other house, the jacuzzi was broken, and we saw plenty of cockroaches which made her stay not as we had liked. Sadly we did not get a refund of any kind.

It was a very nice spot. Enjoyed the view of the pond instead of other houses. Only concern was not the best signals for our phones, could only stay connected if stepped outside. Close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Beautiful property and amazing backyard view!

The check in process was very easy. The property manager allowed us to do an early check in and greeted us when we arrived. The property was very spacious, clean, and had a great backyard view. Also, no neighbors behind you! Definitely would recommend this property.
