The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen.

On the second floor you'll find a theater room for the whole family to watch a movie while the little one enjoys the kids space.

The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and, cable TV in all the bedrooms. There are 2 laundry rooms, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

In front of the property is a driveway for parking. (4 spots)
Cars parked on the street may be towed. If you have more than 4 cars park at the club house.

** Parking is prohibited on the street and will be subject to towing. It is also prohibited to park trailers, minibuses and jet skis anywhere in the community. **

Extras Services (MUST BE REQUESTED UNTIL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN):

POOL HEATING: $35 per day (minimum 3 days)

GRILL: $95 with 1st full propane tank and cleaning provided.


HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays around 10 a.m. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door.

PETS:
We do NOT allow pets. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.
