Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Up to 10 guests can settle in across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds total. The master suite offers a king bed along with its own bathroom, featuring a soaking tub, separate shower, and direct pool access. A second bedroom also has a king bed, while a playful Harry Potter themed room holds 2 twin beds for younger travelers or anyone after a bit of fun. The fourth bedroom rounds things out with a queen bed. Every bedroom comes with a smart TV and ceiling fan.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen covers everything needed to cook at home, from a stove and oven to a dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker, with cooking basics and dishes and silverware on hand too. A hot water kettle and wine glasses round out the setup, and the dining table seats the group for shared meals - or take it outside to the dedicated outdoor dining area, with the BBQ grill ready for an evening cookout.

Living spaces & entertainment
The family room is built for downtime, with a smart TV, ceiling fan, and direct pool access. For more active fun, the air-conditioned game room brings together arcade games, a pool table, foosball, board games, and exercise equipment, plus a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to check in on work during the trip.

Outdoor living
Out back, the private backyard centers around an oversized inground pool, framed by sun loungers and outdoor furniture for soaking up whatever sun the season brings. Pool heating is available for an added fee if you’d like it warmer for the season. Lake access is nearby via a path or dock, and bikes are available for exploring the area at your own pace. A patio and balcony add more room to spread out, with free parking on premises and free street parking covering arrivals.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a crib, pack ‘n play/travel crib, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and children’s books and toys. A dedicated children’s playroom and an outdoor playground give kids their own space to burn off energy, and theme room decor and life size games add a playful touch throughout. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.

Comfort & essentials
Washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, hangers, an iron, and clothing storage are all provided for an easy stay. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable through the cooler months, and the single-level layout means no stairs to navigate. For peace of mind, exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property only, alongside a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Guests can take advantage of nearby resort access and a laundromat close by. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple at any hour.
