PLEASE NOTE:

- Please note the resort charges $20 per car plus tax paid at the clubhouse for access the entire stay (not per day) and is nonrefundable.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and balcony.

- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.

- Pets are not permitted in the home.

-As per Emerald Island policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities.

- BBQ Grills are not allowed on property/lanai due to wood landscaping in the rear of the home.

- We have pots and pans in the kitchen, please bring condiments.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
