Disney fans will love the location! Windsor Hills Resort is located 5 miles from the gates of Disney. Whether you choose to rent your own vehicle or call an Uber, the parks are a short drive away.

Are you looking for entertainment and activities without having to go far? Windsor Hills Resort will not disappoint!
* If water is your thing, than the huge heated pool, the 2 large water slides and the water splash pad will keep you busy for hours. These are only 30 meters from our condo.
* There are two unique playgrounds for any little people to wear off some energy
* Sports enthusiasts have the choice to play basketball, beach volleyball, tennis, pickleball or practice their putting on the golf green. No need to pack racquets or balls. Sporting equipment can be checked out at the Welcome Center.
* Workout routines can be kept up by going to the gym at the clubhouse.
* Parents, feel free to challenge your kids to a friendly game of table tennis or billiards or watch as you each play some arcade games at the clubhouse

These fun amenities are free for guests to enjoy (arcade games require payment).

Sand, surf and sun can be found on both coasts of Florida. It is less than an hour's drive to the Gulf of Mexico on the west and the Atlantic Ocean on the east. Florida's coasts feature many beautiful beaches!

Golfing! Florida's nice weather creates a year-round golf season. The central-Florida area is home to many great courses.

Our condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 7 adults comfortably. It is over 1400 square feet and has every amenity you will need. We take personal pride in maintaining our condo in the highest possible condition so that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable!

The condo is as close to the clubhouse and pool as you can get yet it is tucked away enough to avoid the bustle and noise of the pool. It is situated on the back of the building away from the busy street and facing the pond. It is also on the clubhouse side of the street so no streets need to be crossed to get to the pool or water park area.

Our condo is located on the 1st floor. This makes it easy to unload upon arrival or after a long day at the parks and no hauling luggage or groceries up stairs or waiting on elevators. Ample parking is available just outside the front breezeway. There is a RING doorbell installed by the main door that records video and sound of nearby outdoor activity.

Master Bedroom: King Size Bed with a 60" flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom. (Sleeps 2)
2nd Bedroom: King Bed with a 55" flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet. (Sleeps 2)
3rd Bedroom: a single bed over a full bed bunk with a 30" TV (sleeps 3)
All 3 bedrooms have BLACKOUT WINDOW TREATMENTS

Living Room: Leather couches with a 50" curved smart TV.
Free high-speed wi-fi and cable tv.

Fully stocked Kitchen with refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine, French press, tea kettle, large crockpot, etc.

Washer and Dryer in unit for your use at no extra cost.

A stroller, highchair and port-a-crib are available for your use. Plus two puddle jumpers and 8 pool towels for the pool.

Back Patio table and chairs in the screened-in lanai with a beautiful view of the lake and sunsets.

Easy access out the lanai to the walking path to the pool and clubhouse - only a 2 minute walk along the lake.
