This 5 bedroom Reunion property ( 2,442 sq ft) with pool and spa HEAT INCLUDED in the nightly rate, - has been remodeled, professional decorated, and is open to our future guests to enjoy.

We are located at the quieter end of the resort, yet still close to the SEVEN EAGLES CLUB HOUSE, and THE COVE with resort pool, spa, games room, gym, pool side food and bar and is within walking distance - a great resort amenity. Opposite Seven Eagles is the Reunion Grand hotel for fine dining or visit cocktail/piano bar in the main Lobby - a schedule of events in the resort can be picked up from the main desk.

The resort has a free onsite shuttle bus if needed to get you around the resort property,

This property has its own private screened in pool and spa - heated year round - with a child safety fence. The covered lanai has a fan, flat screen TV and we offer the option of renting a propane BBQ.

* We have a large open floor plan - Living room over looks the pool and spa area - and has a large sectional designer sofa - 73 inch flat screen TV with DVR and built in gas fire place - with many effects!

* Front living area has French doors to provide privacy - sofa bed - office desk and chair - TV on the wall - can be used as a office or 6th bedroom

* Powder room down stairs for all to use.

* Upstairs are 4 more bedrooms with two full bathrooms.
Stair way has vinyl plank flooring ( no carpet)
All 4 bedrooms have quality wood flooring.
Bedrooms UPSTAIRS are - King - queen - 2 x twin beds, 2 x twin beds.

* There is a full sized washer and dryer (both front loaders ) in the utility room, off the kitchen, and under AC.

* The home has full AC ( and heat if needed) with thermostat open for guests to adjust, if needed. We want you to be comfortable.

For your safety we have a key-less coded door entry - allowing you to drive directly to the property so you do not need to check in at an office, and no Keys needed - house has a monitored alarm system.

REUNION is an exclusive gated resort,

- Whether your a couple, a family group, or here attending a conference, renting a resort home is a great way to take some down time from the Parks and be staying in a well furnished private home - Having rented in Reunion for several years, the beautiful landscaping and attention to the guests experience, mant resort pools etc is what made us decide this location was a great fit for our family.

General Resort amenities: visit the Gym, enjoy the onsite site restaurants, cocktail bars, or the COVE at Seven Eagles club house for food and pool side drink service, Plus onsite restaurants will deliver to the home, if you prefer to not dine out.

Reunion has 6 resort community pools to explore, splash pads for the kids, or perhaps relax in one of the therapy pools/Jacuzzi/or bubbling spas. The gate staff or hotel lobby will provide you with a resort map so you can explore the community areas.

We have a professional property management company that takes care of the home and just as important all of our guests - They are there to help and hopefully we shall be welcoming you back.
