Resort Townhome at Disney's Maingate East and Behind Old Town with Pool & Slides

Regal Oaks at Old Town is a luxury, gated,, townhouse resort located 3 miles east of Disney's main gate. This world class resort will help you to have a relaxing and memorable vacation. It features: Large resort pool, slides, jacuzzi, (handicap accessable) plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabanas. pool bar & grill with thirst quenching drinks, games, fitness center, business center with free WiFi, mini market, gift shop, tennis, and pickleball. Our freshly painted & newly remodeled home is walking distance to all the resort amenities (180 steps), plus Old Town Kissimmee and Funspot USA. The close proximity of Old Town means that you can walk to the popular car cruise nights, go carts, Day Spa and entertainment. Nearby youā€™ll also find Celebration Golf Club, bike rentals, and many additional stores, & restaurants. This makes our home the ideal choice for visitors to the major attractions of the Orlando area. Sea world / Discovery Cove are 8 miles and Universal / Islands of Adventure 13 miles. Orlando airport is 20 miles. Kennedy Space Center is 68 miles and the nearest beach 70 miles. This large 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is always well maintained. Enjoy new furniture in each room, luxury vinyl, plank flooring, new decor and bedding. There are 4 flat screen TVā€™s, central air conditioning/heat, and each of the main rooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has its own balcony, New King size bed and Master bath suite with soaking tub after a long day at the park, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom is a brand new Mickey & Minnie themed room you'll love. It has it's own en-suite, twin beds, ceiling fan, closet, & TV. The 3rd bedroom is on the main level. It has a New Queen size bed with TV and large walk in closet. The main level also has a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to eat in and includes: oven, large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots and utensils. Eat at the counter or at the dining table. Relax on the new sofa. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen is provided. A hairdryer is provided. All towels are provided. Wireless high speed internet access is available in the house free of charge. The unit is self catering. Initial supplies of toilet paper, toiletries will be provided on arrival. Additional supplies, together with washing machine and dishwasher detergent, are the responsibility of the guests. Additional equipment, crib, high chair, stroller can be rented from our management company at additional cost. If baby/child equipment is required, please advise the owners at least 4 weeks before the rental commences. We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable vacation. The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: Spacious rooms as opposed to cramped hotel rooms, resort pool with water slides, plenty of lounge chairs, we can save money eating a few meals in and have all the comforts of home, and the convenience of being close to everything.

Our stay was great! Our condo was close to the front where all the amenities were so short walk for pool, workout room, etcā€¦Our condo was wonderful for cooking meals and had everything we needed. It was clean and checkout was easy.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is in a fantastic locationā€”conveniently close to both Disney and Universal, which made getting to the parks a breeze. We also loved being able to walk to Zacā€™s, the onsite restaurant, and to Old Town for a couple of enjoyable meals. The property itself was comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing place to stay while visiting the parks.

The unit looks exactly how's it is listed. The host was very responsive. The only problem is the gate code wasn't provided in the check-in instructions, but again host very responsive and we were provided that informationquickly They were able to accommodate our last minute request to check in early. Definitely will stay there anytime we go to Orlando.

Nice Stay in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful week staying at Regal oaks. The amenities were great and the location was perfect! The owner was also very responsive. The Mickey Mouse room was a nice touch for our toddler. We hated to leave. Would recommend this property and will be back.

Perfect for a Disney Trip

We picked this because of the location. Its just a few minutes from Disneyworld. Our biggest surprise was having Old Town and Food trucks right down the street.The pool was excellent!

Stay while frequenting ESPN WW of Sports

Stayed for the High School Dance Championships. Found the rental to be very clean and perfect location for travel back and forth to Disney and the ESPN WW of Sports. Nothing fancy but beds slept very comfortably and everything easy to navigate. Perfect for our needs. We did have to bug the owner for the gate code very late at night during arrival because it had not been sent but the guard still let us in and we received the code from the owner shortly after. Would stay here again and recommend it. The pool was BEAUTIFUL although we were too busy to take advantage on the one day the weather permitted. Would recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean & well equipped. The location is 15mins from Disney. We enjoyed all the fabulous restaurants that are within walking distance. The large heated communal pool was I couple of minutes walk from the house.Would definitely stay here again.

VRBO did not send access codes to get in. VRBO had trouble accessing my account once contacted. VRBO i give a not so good rating. They are suppose to be professional. Condo very clean. Furniture nice, however beds have terrible mattresses and bedding mainly the sheets need replacing. CHEAP microfiber sheets full of pilling. I thought there was sand or bugs in the bed. Mighty uncomfortable to say the least. Cheap microfiber sheets are not meant for this type of usage. I am sure the owner has no idea but should be aware. Location convenient to most items needed. The noise at night from Old Town Carnival is annoying if you try and rest early until the place closes. Amenities at the facility were great. Pool slide was a hit. Furst VRBO experience.

The place was great for our family of 5. We each had space for beds and restrooms. The TVā€™s were great and the amenities with the pool, water slide, ping pong were awesome! On the down side the dryer did not work and no one came to fix it!! We had already done some wash and had to find spots to hang everything. The floor was very dirty before we even got there. And the walls are very thin along with the toilet paper! At least 2 ply would be good. No one can wipe with the toilet paper given.

Overall, property was very clean and tidy. Instructions were easy to follow. Location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Only note would be the evening noise from Old Town rides prior to 11pm, but if you're not trying to sleep before that, not an issue

Charming, clean, and excellent location!! Pool area is great! Used the gym; it's small. Bedding downstairs released scented fragrance which triggered allergies and asthma. But great mattresses!!! We'd stay here again. Host is phenomenal!!!

Perfect property and location

Family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! Everything about the property was as pictured and it made our first VRBO stay a great experience. 20 minutes from airport, Universal, Sea World and Disney parks. Walgreens, Publix grocery, restaurants and World Food Trucks all within 5 minutes drive. Close to highway and easy to get in and out. Resort was quiet, safe and peaceful. Townhouse is very close to resort clubhouse so easy to walk. Resort pool, gym and amenities are well kept, clean and working well. Easy to get a quick workout in. Nice to have a day or two at the property pool to relax. Townhouse was super clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We were all happy when we walked in and checked out the house. Teenagers shared Mickey room by choice. 3rd bedroom on 1st floor was also available. Starter items were provided so check in before going to the grocery to see whatā€™s available. Some pool towels are provided as well but we had brought our own. As stated in other reviews the master bathtub/shower drains slow but I didnā€™t find it to be a deal breaker at all, the other 2 showers didnā€™t have that problem. Shower water does have strong pressure but again with everything else being great it was easy to overlook. 3 bathrooms for 4 people made it easy to get ready to head out for the day. 2 couples, 2 kids or couple with 3 kids would fit well. We would definitely stay again. Host responded to questions quickly and helped when we had a delayed arrival.

Very Convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was super easy along with the parking. There are plenty of spots. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The kitchen stocked all the utensils, plates, glasses, but no bare spices (salt & pepper), etc. You will need to bring this with you if you want to do any light cooking. The shower head in the master bathroom needs to be replaced.
