Relaxing Home near Amusement Parks and Orlando Airport.

My property is located 25 minutes away from Disney parks and 25 Minutes away from Orlando International Airport. The house is maintained with love and care. You will feel the relaxing and good energy of my home as soon as you open the door. It has a big kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare any meal. It has a window that provides natural light to the kitchen and a view to the front entrance. Living room has new furniture and new 55" TV with HBO included. All rooms are environmental friendly and upgraded with LED lights. Living room and master bedroom has brand new ceiling fans. The patio has a Hot tub for 6 guest and a nice umbrella. The kids room is decorated with Disney themes.
My home is located 150 steps away from the community heated pool and all other amenities like Tiki bar open until 10 pm, Sauna, Gym, Jacuzzi, Hammocks, Tennis, Volleyball and Basketball courts and a big lake.
Property Located minutes away from Disney parks and Orlando Int. Airport. Minutes away for major highway 192 and next to a forest reservation area. The resort where my property is located is a relaxing place in a convenient location.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
- Home and Resort are Security Monitored for your safety.
- It is the guest responsibility to be environmental friendly and save energy when the space is not occupied or certain energy consumption devices are not being used like Hot tub, A/C and other appliances.
- Guest must follow standard community rules and quiet times.
- Early Check-in is not an option unless previously arranged by Host.
- Guest pays Cleaning fees of $85.00. If house is neglected from normal guest's cleaning and left very dirty, I will request an additional charge of $35.00.
- Security Deposit $500.00 and is due at check in. A credit card will be needed to hold the security deposit.
- No additional guest allowed unless previously requested and approved by host with an additional charge. I can accommodate up to 8 guests.
