Welcome to our superb 5-bedroom 4-bathroom villa, located in the community of Silver Creek in Clemont, just off Highway 27.

The villa is modern and very spacious with all the amenities you could want. It can sleep up to 10 guests.

The villa has a very homely feel to it. The sitting space at the back of the villa has direct access to the pool and deck and provides plenty of comfortable seating. The living space is open plan.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table; ideal to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. There is also a more formal dining space as you enter the villa.

Hard flooring throughout the downstairs and carpeting throughout the upper floor. This villa can sleep 10 guests.

Outside you have your own private pool and spa area with lots of seating for relaxing. The pool can be heated if required. The covered lanai space is ideal for al fresco dining and for escaping from the Florida sun. There is a child safety fence if required and a “Florida screen” and hedge for your privacy.

All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and TV’s.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

The ever-popular community of Silver Creek in Clermont is located just off of Highway 27 and close to the Post Office, supermarkets and local restaurants. A 20 minutes’ drive to Disney.
