Our management Company handles all the day to day issues, but your inquiries and communication regarding booking questions go directly to the owners of the property and not even a management company. We are also taking extra Covid-19 cleaning precautions.

Newly resurfaced and freshly painted pool and spa is sure to impress. Quietly come and go at your own pace to your own private retreat and getaway. The Disney Entrance is 4 miles away. Just 4 Miles.... There is no-outlet in our sub, so it is incredibly private. It's much easier to get to and much quieter then nearby busy resorts. You will never have to travel on a major road to get essential groceries or eat a nice meal once you arrive. Red Lobster, Buffalo Wild Wings, Fridays and Outback are right at the corner of Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. (192) and Formosa Gardens, less then 1.5 miles away. For groceries, Walmart is only 1.5 miles away off Livingston and Old Wilson Lake Road. There are also several additional places to have fun, eat and shop just west on Hwy. 192, including Bahama Breeze, Target, Rock N Brews and Sketchers. There is no shortage of things to do within close proximity.

Our villa has 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, including 2 en-suites, with lots of closet space, each with its own private bathroom for added privacy. The small closet behind the door of the Minor bathroom offers many extra towels you may need during your stay.

We have an extended south-facing heated pool and spa in a screened/covered lanai, is sure to exceed expectations. The remainder of the property is secluded by thick shrubs for added privacy.

Brand new high-end luxury King and Queen Gel Memory-Form Mattresses, are sure to deliver an amazing, cool and restful night's sleep after a busy day of fun. The property also includes a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry laundry, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, with essential small appliances, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.

Our Family understands the importance of good communication and unforgettable relaxing family vacations, which is why we have spared no expense in the updated decor and furnishings of our home. New decor encompassing a warm sunny beach and cabin themes, with enticed relaxing decor provides an amazing retreat from reality. Your own quite sanctuary and oasis away from the fast paced parks and crowds.

We recently purchased this vacation home from an amazing couple that had it for several years beforehand. Our first few guests have already enjoyed an amazing stay. We listen to our guests suggestions and recently upgraded all of the decor and the pool. We want you to have an excellent experience and are interested in your feedback.

The master bedroom has a new luxurious king size bed and decor, with a private entrance to the pool area with a full bath, complete with separate soaking tub and shower, for added relaxation and privacy. Suite 2 has a new luxury queen size bed and decor and its own newly decorated full bath. The Minion themed third bathroom, shares bedrooms 3 and 4. It has a very large closet behind the Minion bathroom door for lots of extra towels of all sizes. Bedroom 3 has a new luxury queen size bed, with updated decor and comforters. Bedroom 4 is Mickey/Minnie themed, with two twin beds with new comforters for the kids.

The garage has also been turned into a game room for further enjoyment.

Our villa is beautifully and tastefully decorated with quality linens and the latest electronics.

Other amenities and luxuries include flat screen TV's throughout the home, with a 50-inch flat screen in the living room: Video gaming system and DVD library, security system, game room, board games, with Hi-Speed Internet and free WiFi.

The extended south facing pool is fenced in and the yard is completely private, so that you and your family will have maximum and complete privacy to enjoy the pool, spa and backyard. The partially covered lanai provides adequate shade while the south facing pool and deck provides optimal sun for the avid sun bather. There are outdoor furniture coverings.
