Pool and spa heating is available for an additional $45 per day and must be requested in advance. Please note that the heating system takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature, and heating performance may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions.

We require a refundable hold of $1,000 on your card for potential damages, which is released after checkout. Alternatively, you may opt out of the refundable hold by purchasing damage waiver coverage for a non-refundable fee of $50.

Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $45 per day and must be requested in advance. The heating system takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature, with the pool heating up to 90°F and the spa up to 104°F.



Please note that heating performance may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions, particularly when temperatures fall below 60°F. If you would like to add heating to your reservation, please contact us in advance and let us know how many days you would like the service. A separate payment request will be sent.
