Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The first-floor master ensuite offers a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs features a king bed. The remaining bedrooms include a room with 2 queen beds, a themed room with 2 single beds, and a room with 1 full bed plus 1 twin bed. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room adds a sectional sofa with a queen sofa bed and its own smart TV.

Indoor living
The game room - fully air-conditioned - is stocked with a 55-inch TV, pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and board games, along with life size games for added fun. A dedicated children's playroom includes children's books and toys, baby safety gates, and essentials for younger guests. A private workspace sits in a quiet room with a door, ideal for anyone needing to stay connected. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep every space comfortable around the clock.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is well-equipped with a Maytag refrigerator, Maytag stove, Maytag stainless steel single oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking essentials. A drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine are both on hand, alongside a hot water kettle, blender, toaster, and baking sheet. A dining table brings everyone together, and the kitchen includes dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and children's dinnerware for families traveling with little ones.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is fully fenced and set up for full days outside - outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area make it easy to settle in. The private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, with heating available for an additional fee. A charcoal BBQ grill is ready to use, and a gas grill option is available as an optional rental. A half bath opens directly to the pool area for easy access without tracking through the home.

Bathrooms
The home includes 3.5 bathrooms. The first-floor master ensuite features both a standalone shower and a large soaking bathtub. Bathrooms are stocked with a starter kit including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, along with a hair dryer and bidet.

Family extras
This home is designed with families in mind. A crib (mini, 38 inches long x 24 inches wide), pack 'n play/travel crib, standalone high chair, and children's dinnerware are always available. Baby safety gates, an outdoor playground, children's books and toys across all age groups, and babysitter recommendations round out the family-friendly setup.

Essentials and safety
Free in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage including walk-in closet and dresser, and a full set of bathroom essentials ensure a comfortable stay. Two exterior security cameras face outward - one at the front, one at the back - for guest and host safety. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place.

Location
Situated in the Orlando Area, the home sits within easy reach of theme parks, golf courses, and shopping. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and a shared gym is located close to the property. Free resort access means guests can take advantage of nearby resort facilities. Four driveway spaces and free street parking keep things straightforward on arrival.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
