Hello, God bless you all. I would like to make a complaint. I apologize for not reaching out sooner but I was afraid of not having anywhere to spend the holiday with my family. I've never rented a place like this before and was very excited for the day to arrive. It was a gift to my family to be able to all be under one roof and cook together for the holiday. The first thing is that when we arrived the house was not ready. The cleaning ladies arrived at the same time as me to get the house ready. I'm in no way blaming them cause I know they tried their best to prepare the house but I also know they were under pressure to finish so they did a rush cleaning job. We waited almost 3 hours to get in. Upon entering the house it had a bad odor as if the mop and water were dirty. Some of the linens had to be washed before we could use them cause they smelled bad. There were pieces of food on the living room rug (french fries, pizza etc.). The kitchen floor was very sticky. The mattresses were old and squeaky and you could feel the coils. Many awoke with back pain. The air hockey table did not work and the pool table was not leveled. The balls kept rolling to one side. The stove had 2 burners that would not heat up so we ended up fixing it ourselves. The oven door would not close all the way so it almost doubled our baking time for our turkey and other items. The "hot tub" was cold and when I called to get the heat turned on the man on the phone told me it wasn't worth heating up an
