1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Recent stay

Overall property was nice. My infant found a bottle of pills in the bunk room which was scary and concerning. The resort amenities were nice. The master bed frame was broken on one side which caused us to have to compromise on sleeping arrangements. Other than that a good spot that was affordable.

Great place to stay

The property has excellent security and amenities. The house is well decorated and equipped. Everything you need is there and the location is also good for all the Orlando parks .

Awesome place to stay and play.

What can I say. This place has it all. Plenty of space for a large family to stay comfortably .Large kitchen. Kids room on the other side of the house. Kids loved the heated pool. The whole back yard is screened in which means no mosquitoes will be bothering you when your outdoors. As Disney Annual holders we are in town a lot. I think we have found our new crash pad when we are away from home. Can't wait to book it again.

We want to make it an annual event

The house was better than expected. The pictures did not truly show how much comfort it had. Our flight was delayed but the late check-in (1 AM) went very smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed the Paradise Palms resort/ It is a property with houses surrounding a club house and pool. We had our own pool and heated community pool. Our grand children went to several movie showings in the club house, The location was central to food stores and of course the Disney,Universal, Lego land attractions. But the best day was visiting Valiant Aircraft museum where my our son's children were able to see one of the F-14s he maintained as part of his Navy experience. We then toured the NASA facility All on Cape Canaveral. It was truly inspiring. 2 grand parents 1 single dad and 3 grand children We had a hard time leaving

Perfect spot to wind down

We had 2 families sharing this property and it worked great. Both couples had rooms with king beds and the trundle beds worked perfect for the kids. The washer and dryer made a long stay and packing light easy and we came home with clothes clean already. We paid extra for the pool heat and were pleased it was a great temperature even with cool evenings. We loved how close it was to Disney Parks. Communication with property manager was excellent- we had everything we needed to check in and no issues arose during our stay. Can't wait until next time!

Great location if planning on going to any of the Disney parks.

We had three different families staying in the townhouse and we had plenty of room to either be all together or spread out when needed. The resort had plenty to offer for everyone. The beds are very comfortable. The pool was nice to lounge in and my grandson enjoyed playing in it. We hit a week of cold weather so was only able to use it for a couple of days. Any store or restaurant you could possible need or want is very close. The Disney Parks were very close and easy to navigate getting to and from. Universal was the farthest being 30 minutes to get to. We only went one day so that was okay with us. We were 30 minutes from the airport. The only thing that I was surprised about was that the TV was not a smart TV. We like to watch Netflix at night, but did find some tv to watch at night before bed. My son brought his Apple TV and it worked most of the time. The internet went out once and Alieen had someone there within the hour to have it fixed. We had a great vacation and would recommend this place to our friends. When we come back next year we are planning to stay here again.

The kitchen area is great size for families. The location is convenient to Disney. The community pool area is nice. Disappointed that the swimming pool bar was not open.

Great house!

We loved our stay! The house was located close to everything we wanted to do. The pool at the house was great for the kids to get in a swim before our busy day. The community pool was amazing and loved the Tiki Bar. We spent an entire day there just relaxing and swimming. The only thing I will say is you can definitely tell it is a rental as far as the furniture goes. Screws were loose on all the dinning room chairs. My husband did go through and tighten them all. The house is beautiful and we would definitely stay there again.

In my opinion, the only point to be improved are the showers.

The house is really fantastic. Even better than in the photos. Full kitchen, everything clean and new. Beds, sheets and towels of great quality. The will was to live there forever.

Clean, comfortable, well managed

Very impressed with the property, felt very safe, had enough room for our family, and dealing with management company was a breeze. The only reason I did not award 5-stars is because this is a 4-bedroom home, that can easily sleep 8-10 but there are not enough plates/cups/silverware for that many at one time. Also, the sofa was leather but badly worn/torn. All that, we had a wonderful time, the place is well kept, very clean, easily liveable, and near Disney, Sea World, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and many restaurants. We really enjoyed Miller's Ale House. It's also near shopping (Target, Walmart, outlet stores), grocery store (Publix), pharmacy (Walgreen's), and various fast foods. We all agreed it was a perfect place for us - especially once the pool was heated - we took a dip every day! The pictures are spot on and the neighborhood/complex was very well kept.
