🛀 🚾 There are large 4 fully equipped bathrooms, 1 downstairs next to the Queen suite and 3 upstairs. They either have tubs and showers, or separate walk in showers. All bathroom fixtures and hairdryers plus other hairstyling equipment. Plus lots of fluffy towels!
🛋 🖥 Free Wi-Fi throughout the villa and ample ultra comfortable seating for everyone with two spacious open plan living rooms, both beautifully furnished in luxurious contemporary neutral Floridian tones. The family entertainment room has a 65” curved cable TV with DVD player and a wide selection of family movies. The other lovely lounge area has a 42" cable TV.
🍽🍾🥂 With three dining areas, there is plenty of choice where to eat... one formal, one informal and one al fresco complete with large, stainless-steel free to use gas BBQ!
🍴💦 The large fully equipped pristine kitchen leads out onto the lanai screened private decking area. The pool and spa have been newly resurfaced with an amazing crystal finish. 📌 Please note: as stated in our House Rules and Policy section there is a charge for Pool and Spa heating, if required - as it’s optional - some guests want it and some don’t! The fee is a $30 per night (plus local tax) which is added to your final payment date after booking, if requested. 📌
⛱☀️🎇 Additionally there is a luxurious range of Californian pool furniture - large dining table and six chairs, plus four sun loungers and a two seater glider 'love seat' - perfect for relaxing in the Florida sunshine enjoying the views whilst overlooking the tranquil conservation lake. From here you can even see in the distance the Disney Magic Kingdom evening firework display, that's how close we are!
🎱 There is also a uniquely themed ⚡️Harry Potter ⚡️ Games Room with a full size slate base pool table plus moon balls, table football, air hockey, music system TV, Wii and wii games.
✅ A large 'everything you need' laundry room. Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airers, laundry baskets, ironing board and iron.
👶 For the little ones in the party, all new baby/toddler equipment is provided. 2 high chairs, feeding booster seat, 3 strollers, 2 safety bed guards, 2 stair guards, 2 pack and play cribs, baby listening and children's Disney towels. Plus baby bedding.
There is also a child safety fence, that can be positioned around the pool and door alarms to the pool........to keep them safe. 👦👧❤️
