This resort is a gated community and has 24 hour guest reception, casual dining, business center, game room, sundry store, swimming pavilion with 2 heated pools, lazy river, water slide,full spa, tiki bar, sports lounge has pool tables, darts, huge TVs and entertainment, full gym, computer room, and golf (Highland Reserve). Only 8 miles to Disney World and 5 miles to the newly opened H20 waterpark. The property is ideal for families that need some space to relax after the theme parks. Modern Townhome in a Waterpark/Golf/Spa Resort
There is everything you need for a great relaxing day at this resort. Hang out at the outside tiki bar and enjoy the entertainment, beach volley ball court, hot tub(in/outside), pool table and watch a movie at the pool side. The Pool area is opened until 11:00 pm. There are all types of activities for the children. You do not have to go to the parks everyday, enjoy your day and evening at the Regal Palms. There is a hi chair, portable crib and stroller for use at no additional charge. The home is strictly NON SMOKING. A shuttle service is available at a reasonable rate.

There is a deposit of $200 required to block the requested dates, and the total balance paid 14 days before the check in date.

If you don’t want to go grocery shopping as soon as you arrive then consider one of the food packs below to get you started. If you arrive late these can be especially nice since you won’t have to run to the store first thing the next morning to get breakfast for the family. There are many great golf courses within a 15 mile radius of the resort. Golfers can also enjoy the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which is a 72 par and perfectly situated adjacent from the Regal Palms Resort & Spa. Some of the most popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Diamond Players Club, Orange County National, Champions Gate in Reunion are only minutes from the resort. There is a $20.00 resort fee that is paid directly the front desk when you check in.
