The actual resort was great, but the townhome was very disappointing. My mom's sheets were stained with black spots and yellowish stains. There were no replacements for her queen sheets so she had to sleep on twin sheets on her queen bed our first night. Two of her blankets and one in my room had multiple areas with dried white fluid on them. I could not reach the host as the call would go to voicemail which was not set up. I had to call VRBO to get the host to send someone. A housekeeper came and replaced the bedding but was also sent to take pictures which was a conflict of interest. She was resistant to take some of the pictures which is understandable as it may have made her team look bad. That evening they sent another housekeeper to clean the tubs. Dealing with all of this, we lost a restful night and a full day of our stay. On top of this, the bathtub stopper in the kid room did not work. The water would quickly drain through the cracked stopper, so impossible to fill the tub. My son could not take a bath in there. He ended up having to use my bathtub each night. The ice maker and the refrigerator water filter were out all week, but I was too exasperated to call the host to come back and address these things after everything else. Also, I recommend you bring your own bath towels as the towels looked dingy and felt rough. It really is a shame as you have to bring so many things already that they should be providing. You can really tell they try to cut costs here.
