Your Home Away From Home
Enjoy our newly renovated coastal town home. Serene coastal colors surrounded by wall-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to the private patio area, flooding the space with natural light. We have created an allergen-free environment, meaning no carpet, feather pillows or down comforters.

Relax watching the 70inch flat screen TV from a brand new sofa and love seat which also converts to a queen size bed for additional sleeping.

Fully stocked open gourmet kitchen including brand new appliances, A Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full size refrigerator with ice maker with filtration water system.

Farm house dining table sitting six and (2) bar stools in kitchen area.

Spectacular views - sitting back with the family on our private patio B.B.Q area. Stargazing with a glass of wine on our comfy rocking chairs.

There is also a powder room located on the first floor.

On the second level enjoy the privacy of your own king size master bedroom flat screen television, jetted tub with rainfall shower head.

Guest bedroom includes two XL long twin beds, flat screen television and a private bathroom.

Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, fresh towels, bathroom amenities which includes, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Our Town Home is in a gated community which offers a 24-hour front desk service and a 24-hour convenient store.

The onsite restaurant/bar offers patio seating, overlooking the beautiful landscaping and water views. Fully stocked bar and delicious Pizza.

There is a community swimming pool, kiddie pool and a hot tub surrounded by a public grilling areas and picnic tables.

Coin operated laundry facilities are also available on the property at nearest building - 2min walk.

The home is exactly like the pictures. Not sure if it was mentioned in the property details but you need to check in with the reception at the front building. I was expecting a single house, not a townhouse in a residential community. Said community was okay… it was more like an aparthotel. We had rowdy neighbors and the walls are paper thin. At one point, worker men knocked on our door to change the AC filter right before we were going to head out and there was no mention or heads up from the host. We found packs of nicotine pouches (Zyns) underneath the bed (photo included) and two dried up, dead roaches (photo included). It was okay to sleep at but was not very enjoyable. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Probably won’t stay here again.

Birthday weekend

We had a really great time staying in this beautiful townhouse! Very clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and great location! Check in was a breeze and the description online was spot on. We will be back and recommend anyone to stay here! Thanks again ,Chris

Centrally Located

Nice place with plenty of space. Spent time at various parks and this place was kind of in the middle. Easy check in & communication with owner. Pool is smaller & place is at back of property. Recommend for small families.

Family Weekend

We chose this property because of its proximity to where other family members were staying. The check-in was simple. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The condo was more than spacious for two people. There wasn’t anything we felt was missing as far as utensils, dishes and cups/glasses. The restaurant on property was fair. We only used it to order their pizza special. I’m not sure we’d order that from them next time. Our host was very responsive and we appreciated the early check-in.

Great location & comfortable.

Stayed with my parents while my daughter was in a dance competition at Hilton Orlando. Very clean & comfortable, very easy drive to Hilton & groceries/gas/drug stores. Felt safe on jogs around property. Host very helpful & responsive. Had ample parking. The only snag we encountered was out of the property & host’s control: the master bedroom window faces the neighbor property’s backyard/pool- family was outside partying in to early morning hours & then their kids were playing in the pool a mere 3 hours after the parents went to bed- very loud in the master (& downstairs living area)- did not bother my parents in the next room (faces parking lot). Tenets next door complained - issue was resolved the next night.

Work trip

We had a great stay. Location was ideal for our work trip to the Convention Center. The rental was clean and comfortable. Our only hiccup was that it was very cold the week we were there (nighttime lows in the 30’s) and we could not get the air to change to heat.

An Excellent Stay

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this location. It was clean, spacious, and relaxing. We had a really lovely Christmas Vacation together. It had everything one could have asked for. Excellent location, a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. I did want to mention two issues we did end up having, though the first of which is not the owner's fault at all.- The first, is that if you are using Uber or Uber Eats, you'll need to change the pickup location to being in the parking lot, or it will tell the driver to use the neighborhood behind the location to get to you, which they can't. A simple enough solution, but if you're not aware it can cause some headaches.-The second: The rooms fans/lights are controlled by controllers, which unfortunately it appears the neighboring units use as well. While trying to sleep (without knowing it) the neighbor would turn off my fan and turn on the light in the middle of the night (and I doing the opposite to them). This lead to some nights of very unpleasant sleep. Despite the second issue, I'm leaving a 5 star review, as this was a lovely location, and if the controller issue were resolved I would gladly stay again.

Good stay!

Overall the place was great! There were minor things such as the bedroom door doesnt stay shut, and the tub leaks a little, but the place was clean and a great location. In the middle of everything, and very comfortable.

We stayed at apartment 6107 for 26 days in Nov.Pro’s The kitchen area was nice and had all the things you needed. Good coffee machine. Lots of fluffy clean white towels in the property which was nice. On a positive note, the communal pool heating was beautiful and warm.Quiet and spacious town home. Cons The apartment was dirty in some areas. After the first day our feet were black from the floor. Uncomfortable blue sofa, sitting on frame.AC does not work on heat, we mentioned this 3 or 4 times. Never fixedThe staff at the reception were very friendly and polite, however none of our complaints or issues were ever resolved.The safe never worked. Reported many times but never fixed. WIFI in the resort is awful. It drops out consistently every ½ hour or so. Power outlet/socket by the couch and patio doors does not work. Wardrobe doors in both bedrooms are in a sorry state. The clothes hangers are awkward to use, Also, not enough of them and badly spaced out Having the shower in the main bedroom is weird. Also, the door does not stay closed it always swings open into the bedroom. Water pressure in both showers is weak.The tap in the downstairs WC leaked.The cover for the bed in the main bedroom had yellow stains on it in many places…. Yeuch. This is absolutely disgusting.The toilet in the twin room you had to manually stop it filling up as the mechanism was sticky.Master bedroom door does not shut.Cockroach in Downstairs WC. Wrote more but ran out of room.

Family Visit

Property was exactly as shown in pictures - bright, clean and comfortable! Location was fantastic and pool/hot tub were a bonus! Highly recommend and will stay again if in the Orlando area.

Wonderful place. Clean and ideal location

Stayed here with the family for a trip to visit both Disney and Universal Theme parks. This property is in an ideal location, approx 20 minutes away from both parks. The property is clean and well kept. Fully stocked kitchen was a big help. We were able to buy groceries (stores also located very cost by) and have a nice breakfast each morning before heading to the parks. Kids enjoyed having their own beds and bathroom separate from ours. The only item I would recommend is that the master shower is located inside the master bedroom without a curtain. We're not used to that style, so just something to keep in mind. The kids bathroom and shower was more traditional.

Summer Oasis

The place was spectacular, very cozy and most importantly, very clean. It was also comfortable and it had all that is needed in an apartment. The only issue I noticed was the lack of a washer and dryer, but even so, the place was amazing. We also liked the neighborhood a lot. It is very quiet and clean. We highly recommend the place and for sure will rented again.
