Our Windsor hills stay

We had a wonderful time in Florida,we had a few issues with the house, 1, the pool was dirty and had a lot of bother with the front door, both of which was sorted out very fast. But we still had some problems with the front door as not being able to open it with out a lot of bother. The lady's in the group found that there was not enough pans to be able to cook a meal from ( only 1 sause pan and 2 frying pans, but was loads of mugs, plates ect. But all in all we had a good time.

Nice home for multiple families with 2+ masters!

The kids rooms were very well appointed and they loved their special stay. Especially the Star Wars room!!! Loved the huge sectional in the living room with lots of seating room. loved the huge tv in the living room. I also appreciated that every room had a tv. The kids loved the game room. The portable A/C was helpful bc it definitely got hot in there. The washer and dryer were so very nice. Nicely decorated overall. The pool was nice. I appreciated the child safety gates. The water stayed clear all week, which wasn’t the case for some of the neighboring pools. The spa got super hot. We had to work with that a little, but once we figured it out it was a really nice addition to the pool! We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was worth it. We appreciated all the seating too!

Renter beware!!!

The house was filthy and many things throughout the house were broken. The pots and kitchen utensils were inadequate for a house this size. We did contact the property manager and they delivered new utensils and a pan set. The only saving grace with this property was the convenient location and great pool area.

Great home in Windsor Hills

The house is really set up well for a large family to visit Disney World. The location to the parks is great, and this house is a short drive inside the community, which is nice. We enjoyed the backyard pool and the community pool area. The games in the garage were super fun. Pots and pans were sparse and in poor shape, which made breakfasts a challenge...but we managed. Also, a few minor broken items in the house (light switch, dishwasher handle, shower handle), but these wouldn't prevent us from returning. We really enjoyed this house and had a great trip!

Our family enjoyed our stay, the location was great. We had a total of 12 people, the house was very spacious. The only thing I recommend is a floor mirror so that you are able to look at your clothes.

Great house, Great location, Great management

We travel to Orlando at least once per year and rent a house with other family members. The house is beautiful, and the location is great. The layout is perfect with each bedroom having access to it's own bathroom. We did run into a couple of issues during our stay 1) The pool was low when we arrived. It was not clean, heated or ready for our arrival. That was disappointing, but the management company sent someone to take care of it right away. 2) The air conditioning on the second floor was not working. Again, the management company sent someone out and they ended up needing to replace the unit, which they did. Having rented houses many times before, I know there can always be hiccups during a stay - and the responsiveness of the management company can make or break your stay. In this case we were very happy with the responsiveness of the management company - communication was great, and issues were resolved. We would definitely stay again.

It is bad, old, pictures is photo shop... I have to request 2 times for cleaning people, pool heater was paid first day didn't work last day someone come and turned off come back in 7 hours to put it back... so don't book it this one

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay but however the only problems we ran into was the advertisement said it had 3 King Beds and it only had 2. Also the parking if you have multiple vehicles (especially if they are SUV's) is impossible to do when you can't use the garage. A suggestion of quick fix is to arrange parking for people with multiple vehicles so they can fit parking regulations. Other than that we had a great time. P.S. Oh yeah also please have owners to give checkout instructions as to what to do with linen and dishes during checkout because we had to guess what to do with them hoping we didn't violate any policies.

Windsor hill resorts

Overall we had a great stay; however on the first night one couple in our party was inconvenienced as one of the rooms was not clean and I cannot get anyone there until the following day. The next day the cleaning crew promptly address this situation and the rest of our stay was awesome! The property overall in and of itself was clean and updated. Our children had an awesome awesome time!
