Nice house but poor Host

There are signs all over the house with rules, which is fine but one of the rules was for us to wash all our towels before we left yet they provide no detergent. There is not even any dish detergent. Having all the plates set out is a nice view for the pictures but no so nice when you are trying to eat. Have to move everything around. Would have been better if all the plates were in the cabinets. Also you list two washers and dryers which is nice but the washers are inside and the dryers are in the garage and there is no basket to move things around. Also we paid to heat the pool but the spa never got hot.

This property was phenomenal. My family and I stayed there for my graduation weekend and we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again

Will be back!!

My family and I rented this beautiful home to celebrate my son's 16th birthday and escape the bitter cold of NY. The house exceeded our expectations. Very well appointed, clean, plenty of space, relaxing, and simply felt like home. Did lots of cooking and family meals Love love the game room area which is where we spent most of our late nights. We reached out to management in regards to the heated pool and they were able to explain and rectify immediately. The clubhouse was an added bonus as the kids walked over daily to the lazy river and other facilities. Walmart and other stores were a quick and convenient 10min drive which came in handy a couple of times. We will definitely be back and can easily make this our second home! Simply amazing!! Thank you for hospitality!

Large House Poor Quality

We rented this house for a family reunion of 17. The house is big enough to accommodate the number of guests but the house was really dirty and run down. 1. The kitchen is sparse to say the least. There are not enough utensils for cooking, the cookware is chipping so most are unusable, no pot holders so be sure to bring your own. Not enough silverware for a house that sleeps so many. Fridge is SMALL for this many people. Oven needs to be calibrated. Floors are filthy and chairs are wobbly, we used our own tools to fix some to avoid injuries. 2. Bathrooms. There are enough bathrooms for a group this size but again, they are DIRTY and run down. The towels are thin and dingy and again, not enough for a group this large. 3. Bedrooms. Beds are very uncomfortable and old. The mattresses are either all sunken in or hard as a rock. No in between. Carpets are FILTHY and whatever you do, do not look under the beds. 4. Pool. The pool was large but it sliced up the toes of the younger kids. Our kids had bandages on their toes while going to Disney because of that pool which was definitely not ideal. Two adults sliced their legs because the pool surface is so rough. 5. Location. Location is fine for Disney and it's nice to look at the tiny pond out the back but that neighborhood parties all night long. Loud music was played by multiple homes into the early mornings on most nights. There is no privacy. Your neighbors can see right into the patio and you into theirs'. 6. Check in. The house wasn't ready on time for check in. The house has one cleaning lady for the entire house and she couldn't get the house in order by the time of check in. She had to clean sheets, make beds and clean that entire house herself and that just wasn't possible in the time allotted. This house has potential but it needs some work to make it suitable for an enjoyable experience. We will not rent this property again.

Awesome weekend in this beautiful house!

This house was great! Everything was was exactly as pictured. Our soccer team stayed there while in town for a tournament and it was the perfect place for us! Very spacious and clean. The host was great and very timely with his responses. We look forward to being able to stay there again and would highly recommend this listing.

Not clean, had mice

The home was overall not very well cleaned and we had a mouse problem. We trapped and disposed of six mice ourselves although a pest management service was called by management. We were refunded fees we paid for pool heat when the heat was actually not turned on but not refunded anything on our stay. We were offered a free night in the future but as we only go to Disney world every few years this is not very helpful. I would have expected some sort of refund on the current stay for having to deal with mice in the house. The location was great and we have stayed in this complex before, but not sure I would consider it again.

Best location in Windsor at Westside resort

Our family of 18 stayed in this property for a week for a reunion/get together. Overall, this is a wonderful property in a great location. The view from the pool is a nice small lake/pond with birds and wildlife - one of the few nice pool views in this resort. The house is also walking distance to the resort amenities, which is a huge plus. The house pool is quite large for a rental property, and our group greatly enjoyed it. I sense that these properties are used very hard, and, as other reviewers have noted, there is considerable wear and tear. Unlike other reviewers, we found the property managers to be very responsive to our concerns - all concerns regarding light bulbs, cutlery, a broken toaster, pool heat etc. were addressed very promptly. The home is beautiful, and we found it to be appropriately clean for a rental property. The kitchen was adequate but again the pots and pans have been used hard. I do not sense that these homes are really meant for renters who plan to be at the home extensively - most renters seemed to be primarily going to the parks. The location is good for park attendance, and an Uber or Lyft one way is somewhere in the $ teens to most Disney locales. There is a WalMart, Target, or Publix within 15 minutes of the home. Our grandchildren enjoyed the amenities at the resort, especially the lazy river, splash zone, and free arcade . A few things that were disappointments/issues: 1. The house does not have 4 king beds. There is a king master, a double queen master, upstairs king master, upstairs king that shares a bath with two twins, upstairs two twins that share a bath with double size bunk beds, upstairs queen that shares a bath with a queen. 2. There is no gaming system, and no board games. The house is pretty stripped bare of anything but essentials. However, there are two PAC n plays, 2 high chairs, and 2 strollers. 3. The pool table is badly beaten up and not really usable to play. 4. Parking in all of Windsor at Westside is a nightmare. The driveways are very short, and all of these huge homes have five or six cars. There is only room for four cars to park at this home, and only if they are very small cars. Cars are parked everywhere on the streets in this community. 5. The televisions are confusing, but we just watched our own stuff. Overall, the pluses of this house outweigh the concerns - it was a very pleasant place for 18 people to spend the week.

My family of 19 fit perfectly!

The house was beautiful. Plenty of space to spread out and not be in each others way. Family ranged from myb83 year old mom to her 2 year old great grandchild. The home could stand a few updates. The pits and pans were pretty bad. The teflon scraped off of most which is a health hazard. We actually purchased a large pan from walmart while there. The rack for the pool table is held together by duct tape and pool sticks have no felt tips. I thought the home had board games but we didnt find any. The telephone didnt have a dial tone and the remotes appeared to be mixed up and never worked. Fortunately we brought firesticks. The grill had not been cleaned well by previous family so we didnt get to bbq. In spite of this...we still had an AMAZING time and would still recommend this house. The owner communicated quickly and was professional. Thanks for allowing us to use this home to make lasting family memories.

Large house that worked for our group

So nice to have a decent sized pool..we used it every day. The house/bedrooms accommodated our large group (19) very well. Directions and access were accurate. Spent a day at the clubhouse and that was nice as well. The cons were that the house could use a big spring deep cleaning as used by large groups and it showed. Chair cushions were stained. Vents had heavy accumulation of dust on them. Floors had been mopped or swiffered with black near wall by refrigerator. Not sure of the TV setup as maybe directions would help..there was one in each bedroom and 3 larger ones in common areas so a lot! Of Tvs to keep functioning .had Rokus with Tvs so could get our Hulu and Netflix to work on most all of them but while watching the world cup in living area upstairs.. it shut down in the middle of game saying our trial was over!.. we were able to get in our bedroom but would have been nice to continue to watch together. We were there for a family reunion and ate all our meals there except a couple. Barely enough plates for number of people the house could accommodate...had to use small and the large. Not enough silverware for same. Kitchen with limited stock. Not nearly enough pans and not large enough for a group you would be feeding.. we purchased some on our own and the skillets that were there were pretty cheap and burnt the bottom requiring soaking each time used . Only 1 dish towel provided..for a house that holds how many? There were enough bath towels and wash cloths though which we appreciated. The large pantry was very nice. Could eliminate half of the kitchen cabinetry and add an additional refrigerator which would have been very useful. There were many light bulbs out in the property including 5 in the kitchen/dining area. A broken window upstairs. The sliding glass door to pool with the handle that fell off with first opening. We arrived to a clogged toilet. We called the property management company upon arrival with issues of toilet/light bulbs/handle on slider and requested some dish towels. They politely took our information and said they would send someone. Well we never saw anyone all week.. we had long cleared the toilet ourselves and been to Walmart and bought some dish towels . So I still would have given this house a 4 as we still had a great time and none of the listed issues affected our time together but the 3 was for the lack of response from management (and emailing owner with no response).

Carpets dirty needs shampoo. I don't think renters should be washing towels don't know how others do their laundry.

We had a wonderful time! The house was esthetically pleasing and full of amenities!

Overall our experience was wonderful! The house was esthetically pleasing and lots of amenities. Having two washers and dryers was definitely a plus our family is rather large and it was necessary to wash the towels frequently, perhaps in the future they will add more towels. There was some wear and tear but that is to be expected with the frequency of tenants. The living room furniture needs a little TLC; an easy fix! The facilities were wonderful as well, cabanas are a nice touch for privacy by the pool and lazy River and the kids were never bored lots for them to enjoy! Overall our stay was great and we look forward to our next family reunion! Thanks Iverson!

Large, well-furnished house!

The house was clean, more than enough room for 17 of us. Well-stocked kitchen, conveniently located near theme parks and restaurants. Beds are the most comfortable I have even slept in! Firm mattresses, but comfy! Floor plan perfect for 3 families sharing! Includes 2 high chairs, a pac n play and 2 washer/dryers!
