STARTER SUPPLIES

We’ve provided the following starter items for your convenience:
1 dish sponge
2 dishwasher detergent pods
1 bottle of liquid dish soap
1 roll of paper towels
2 extra trash bags
1 small bar of soap per bathroom
1 small shampoo and conditioner set per bathroom
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 laundry detergent pack
Salt, pepper, sugar, and cooking oil
1 washcloth per guest (please request in advance)
For your comfort, we recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up any additional supplies you may need for the duration of your stay.

House Rules:

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $2500 fine will be imposed for violations, in addition to any costs associated with repairing damage caused by smoking (such as odor removal or cleaning).

Pool Care
To maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool, please refrain from throwing trash, foreign objects, or inappropriate items into the water. A $150 fine will apply, along with any costs for pool repair or cleaning if the rule is violated.

Waste and Recycling
Properly dispose of trash in the designated bins for recycling and general waste. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150 to cover the extra time and effort needed for proper disposal.

No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, or any unauthorized events are strictly prohibited on the property. A $150 fine will be imposed for violations, and guests may be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.

Pet Hygiene
If you bring a pet, please ensure it maintains proper hygiene inside the property. Pet waste or urine inside the house will not be tolerated. A $1500 fine will be charged for violations, along with any cleaning or damage repair costs.

Late Check-out Fee
Check-out time is at 10:00AM. Any check-out performed after this time without prior authorization will incur a $150 late check-out fee, in addition to any costs related to delays in cleaning or preparing the property for the next guest.

Getting Around

For your safety and security, the community has a gate guard at the entrance. All guests must provide the full names of drivers once the reservation is confirmed to be registered for entry.
Overflow parking is not permitted. Please ensure all vehicles fit within the designated parking areas.
The following vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community: boats, campers, trailers, RVs, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles or equipment, and construction vehicles of any kind.
