We provide starter toilet paper and hand soap, to give you time to go to the store for your personal toiletries and food.
For your safety, there are security cameras on the front and both sides of the house.
Cleaning before your arrival: Everything is wiped down with Lysol, and that includes knobs counters are wiped down with liquid Lysol and or bleach solution, sinks and toilets are cleaned with bleach, toilet seats are cleaned with liquid Lysol showers are wiped with bleach and liquid Lysol. All laundry is cleaned in hot water. And Furniture sprayed with Lysol spry.
Discount prices are for Non Holiday/ peak dates. Self catering.
Sleeps 6. Free Wi-Fi for your laptop computer. Florida Pines is an ideal location situated on US-27 and provides easy access to Walt Disney World and all other attractions. This Quiet Pine Fringed community is situated only a few minutes away from Supermarkets, Restaurants & Shops. Ceiling fans throughout. Air conditioning temp. is kept at a cool 75 degrees during the spring, summer and fall season.

Streaming TV/DVD in Lounge & Bedrooms. Private Pool (heating available for an additional Charge) All Towels and Linens provided. Top Stay Near Orlando

We had a wonderful 17-night stay at this beautiful vacation home in Davenport, near Orlando. We were two adults and one child, and the house was perfect for us.The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was excellent from the beginning. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the house matched the listing description exactly.The home was fabulously equipped – the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms had everything we needed. There was plenty of comfortable seating, and the climate inside the house was perfect throughout our stay.We especially loved the private pool and the game room – both were great highlights for our family. The location is quiet and situated in a nice neighborhood, yet still close to all the major theme parks.We truly have nothing negative to say – everything was just right. We would definitely recommend this home to others and hope to return ourselves.5 stars!

Nice Landing Spot

We rented this house as a landing spot after the activities we wanted to do while on vacation. The kitchen could use some updating but it had everything that we needed. The property was well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a nice space to relax. The game room was also a nice place to unwind. The host was prompt answering any questions we had about the property. It was a nice place to stay.

Was a very good stay but a few basic items were missing. No bath soap, shampoo, cooking spray, paper towels. But overall very good and would happily return. Communication was great, place was very clean and the location worked well.

Best vacation home

Our family, which consisted of myself, my husband, 2 children, my sister, her husband, & 2 children, had a wonderful stay. We selected this location due to its proximity to Legoland, Disney, and Bush Gardens, making it an ideal spot for visiting these parks. The house was situated in a great area, close to numerous stores & restaurants. Our stay was comfortable. Even on the cool nights, the house temperature was perfect, We enjoyed the heated pool and game room, & the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The large dining table accommodated us all, and extra blankets and towels were available. The wifi connection was excellent. Since we are picky pizza people, we called Debra, the manager, & she was helpful in recommending pizza places in town. The house was clean, with spotless bathrooms. Having 2 master bedrooms was a definite advantage. Overall, we were very happy & would definitely choose this vacation home again. We are actually looking forward to it.

I love staying at Art's vacation home. Very clean, spacious, tvs in every room, clean pool, newly painted pool deck looks great, ceiling fans throughout including outside lanai. Close to all parks, shopping, movies, restaurants and Disney World.

Loved returning to my favorite vacation home

Owner, Art and his manager, Debra always treat us like family and in turn make our stay all that more enjoyable. I always check their calendar first when I travel to Disney World with the family or by myself. Their place is clean, updated , fun and in a relaxing neighborhood. Looking forward to our return. Clean, spacious, quiet, great condition and near everything.

This was the ideal place for our family. Air conditioning is brand new worked fantastic, pool was very nice and well-kept. The whole house is well cleaned for each guest. Owner and manager were very easy to communicate with. Debra does a great job for Art as his manager. Her cleaning is steller and she's an all around helpful person. Looking forward to returning.

Lovely Villa in a quiet location.

We loved staying in this villa. It was actually better than the photos suggested it would be. It was faultlessly clean and tidy and the AC cooled the property very nicely. The neighbours are mostly permanent residents and therefore it was very quiet. The pool was well maintained although the light wasn't working, although I appreciate these must be difficult and expensive to change given the cost of water. The grounds were also maintained weekly. We only had cause to contact the property manager at the very start (to check in); she was very helpful and delivered us a brand-new electrical kettle so that we could enjoy a nice cup or tea. This wasn't expected or required but very much appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again.

This property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival I immediately noticed the grass was approximately 12 inches tall (14 inches tall at time of departure). The neighborhood had a lot of traffic for a small residential area. The house leaves a lot to be desired and the furnishings and supplies are outdated. The pool enclosure has several holes resulting in many insects and small lizards being in the pool area. The game room was the highlight of the property. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Perfect for any family

Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for almost any family. Be sure to let them know if you have any infants or toddlers as they have a high chair and a pack and play if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Art and Debra were incredibly helpful and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Anything that went wrong was basically me not reading the helpful notebook on the table that explained certain things (beware the 120db pool alarm on the door! the button is behind the left curtain right where you pull the door open. .....read the notebook or wake up everyone :) I would stay here again for sure!

Great Spring Break Getaway with easy access to several attractions

Home was very clean, traveled with my Mom, wife and soon-to-be teenage son for spring break. We had plenty of room in the house and my son loved the game room and pool which kept him off of his devices when we were home. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. We paid the extra to have the pool heated which was nice to come back to after our day tripping. Only complaint was that some of the beds were in poor shape, but the property manager informed us that there are plans to replace them in the near future. Property manager was very helpful and responsive and overall we had a great time.

Awesome House

We loved our stay at this house! Art was great to work with and Debra, the manager was very helpful, efficient, and thoughtful. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, organized and maintained! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. All of the furniture was in great condition - beds were comfortable & enjoyed having the large dining room table! The tall ceilings & open concept make it light and airy! Our grandson loved the pool and game room! We have booked for next year and we highly recommend this house! Thanks Art for sharing your lovely home with us!
