The Space:
The home is inside the gated Storey Lake Resort Community, loaded with amenities for our guests to enjoy, and near all the popular theme parks. The clubhouse, called The Hideaway Club, features a resort-style pool, two waterslides, a lazy river, and a kids' splash park. There’s a 9-hole mini-golf course and putting green, a sand volleyball court, sports courts, an arcade-style game room, and a playground.

At the lake, you can rent kayaks for the day and go cruise around. To get your workouts in, there’s a modern fitness center, and when you don’t feel like going too far for food, you can enjoy on-site dining and drinks at the outdoor Tiki bar or order food and drinks poolside. This place truly has it all!

Main spaces of the 1,914 sq ft 2-story townhome:

- A spacious and bright, open floor plan for quality time together with direct access to the enclosed PRIVATE POOL and patio with sun loungers and a covered outdoor dining table.

- The LIVING ROOM has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and plenty of space to relax, plus a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable to enjoy downtime moments at home.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances and everything you could need to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-ups!

- A DINING ROOM with a table to seat 8 comfortably for sit-down meals plus 4 stools at the kitchen breakfast bar for additional seating.

- 4 BEDROOMS and 3 FULL BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 11 guests as such:

1ST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed master suite with private bathroom

2ND FLOOR

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen and 1 Double bed (bathroom shared with B4)

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the home during your stay, plus free access to the shared onsite amenities.

The Neighborhood:
Storey Lake Resort offers a lot of wonderful amenities at their clubhouse, like:
- A resort-style pool, waterslides, a lazy river, a fitness center, mini golf, on-site dining, and a tiki bar. Plus, a lake around the resort with kayak rentals
- Restaurants to dine in or take out after a day at the parks
- There are nearby shopping and grocery stores within a 3-mile radius
- Outlet shopping like Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets, Orlando Premium Outlet, Loop West Shopping Center and Vineland Premium Outlets are all within 5 miles from the home.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), about 20 miles from the property. There is free parking on the premises, making it easy to get around the area that’s surrounded by a variety of restaurants, outlet malls, shopping centers, world-class golf courses, and of course, all of the area’s most popular theme parks and attractions.

Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

A BBQ grill rental is available for use for an additional fee. The propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

It’s a two-story townhome. Guests will need to climb stairs.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, such as basic soap, body wash, shampoo and toilet paper, as well as some basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher soap/pods, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Please note that these are not replenished.

There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like, we can arrange a cleaning for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 p.m., to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID at check-in or during the stay, if ID verification is needed.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the keypad. Code will be provided before your arrival.
