Windsor Palms Resort is a guard gated community. The resort is only 6 miles from Disney and 18 miles to Universal Parks. Within just a few minutes you’ll find lots of shopping and restaurants. Walmart, Target, Publix, Red Lobster, BoneFish Grill, Chuy’s, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Carrabbas, Olive Garden, Outback, Bahama Breeze, Joe’s Crab Shack, Denny’s and too many others to list.

The villa is professionally managed locally.

Our home is cleaned following VRHP & VRMA cleaning guidelines for Covid-19. Our cleaners are using disinfecting cleaners on all surfaces with extra attention being paid to high touch surfaces. White linens and towels are washed using soap and bleach.

We provide remote check-in. You can check yourself in directly at the property with remote door code access. However, you will need to stop at the gatehouse upon arrival to show ID and pick up your vehicle pass.

In order to avoid large gatherings, Windsor Palms has strict vehicle limits, noise ordinances and streets are patrolled regularly. All adult guests are registered with the resort gatehouse and only registered guests are allowed entry into the resort.

Gatherings in the home are limited to 10 people.
