This home was perfect for our family of 14. Very convenient location to all of the Disney Parks. Oh my gosh the pool and hot tub were a hit. I think my 6 grand children enjoyed the pool and hot tub more than the Disney Parks and that's saying a lot. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for the basic needs for cooking a meal or two. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool, patio and grill (which was great) area as much as the interior of the house. Very roomy and spacious and would definitely return on our next visit to the area. A must house to stay-in if you are in the area. PS almost forgot about the outstanding subdivision pool, play ground, water slide and lazy river all free to residents. Thank You to the owners who were very diligent about making sure we were doing well and were enjoying their house.

Very happy with the rental. Very comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. Host was quick responding to the 2 small hiccups. And Florida Scandi was very quick responding to hosts request to address problem . Very happy and would rent again in future.

Great family fun vacation home!!

We loved the house! A lot of space for our family. Great pool and pool guy. We did most of our cooking there. The clubhouse was a great addition. We ran out of gas for the grill and they replaced it quickly. Our host checked on us through email to make sure we were having a great time. Wonderful home to stay at!! We would rent this home again.

Excellent LARGE accommodations

Well maintained, well- appointed. Very clean. Had (12) adults stay very comfortably for 5 nights. We did a manual hard reset on the Wi-Fi, but everything else worked as expected. Thank you for hosting.

Great Place to Vacation

The house was perfect for our large group. When we had an issue Management was prompt in seeing to our needs. Because of spring break the resort area was quite busy. When we return to Florida again, we would definitely stay again.

To start the owners we’re very rude and abrupt, I had some concerns, they left us with the bare in supplies Even toilet paper. No pool towels and then had to use our shower towels we found a past guest sock in the bed. The hot tub was cold even though I paid for heat, I was told to go to public ti but my own supplies Use caution!

This was a great place to stay for a large group--- plenty of room! The pool, game room, TV's in every room, and large kitchen was perfect for our needs. Not too far from Disney! Would stay again.

Spacious and magnificent home on a secure resort

WOW, wow and wow! such a nice place, OMG the bed, feel like sleeping on a cloud, so much comfortable, 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms suite and 4 more bedrooms (including 2 with 2 twins beds) with 3 more bathroom, this house is so big and spacious. The kitchen is very nice with a huge counter, doesn't have as much as we have at home, but for a week, we manage with what they have on site. 2 big living room, one on each floor. The house is very clean, spacious, and it feels like a luxurious home. We were a big group of 13 persons and everyone of us had plenty of space. The pool was nice and we enjoyed very much the spa specially at night time. We are very happy with our choice! The waterpark is within walking distance and is also very nice and clean. The house is way better than what we thought, and yes, I would recommend this house anytime!

Disney Vacation.

The property was very nice, while also being easy to get to and from Disney. Disney was about a 20 minute drive away. The resort was gated with a water park, arcade and mini golf. A very nice experience.

We had a great stay

The house was very clean and close to all attractions. The amenities at the complex were great. The kids had a great time at the kiddie pool area. The adults loved the large pool, hot tub, lazy river and slides which were all heated. We were a little disappointed that the pool area closed at 6PM. The pool and hot tub at the house were great but the hot tub did stop working the last two days we were there. We did understand that things do break down and it was Thanksgiving day and it wasn’t getting fixed on the holiday. This was one of the cleanest homes we have rented and we would definitely stay there again.

Location, Location, Location

The property we rented was perfect for our needs, and its location in regard to 4 major theme parks in the Orlando area was great. Sea World was practically in our backyard. Great property for a family vacation!

Family Disney Trip

My family was gathering to take grandchildren to Disney. This home was perfect…plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and two themed based bedrooms for children. The home layout was perfect and close to Disney and a Publix. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the home and water park and miniature golf in the resort. Adequately furnished and clean.

Family vacation

Resort was very nice. Resort pool and water slides was a plus!! Home was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen nice but not adequately stocked to cook for 13 people. 1 small pan, a few pots, NO baking dishes, adequate plates but all ceramic (not kid friendly) not enough forks for 13 people. Took double time to make breakfast. Coffee and tea maker. FRIDGE ICE MAKER DOES NOT WORK- which was an inconvenience. We had to go to Walmart to purchase cooking supplies and utensil- I wish I would have known so I could have prepared better for the trip and this is the reason I am adding to my review. Washer/dryer. Gas grill on back screened patio- not sure if it has gas as we did not use it. Private small pool area nice with some seating outside under screened in area. Hot tub connected to pool was nice. Upstairs very spacious. AC seemed to have trouble keeping the house cool. High chair and pack n play. Resort was secure and safe. Everyone was welcoming. Check in was fairly easy and communication with property manager was good as she messaged us a couple hours before arrival to let us know the home would not be ready by 4pm check in. Close to grocery stores, dollar tree, and Walmart. 45 minutes to Sea World/ Lego land and about 80 minutes to Busch Gardens.

Great place with minor issues

The major issue was that the AC would not work properly and the pool pump/system seemed to not have a lot of pressure behind it. One toilet rocked as well as another toilet seat that was loose. Some panels from the door wall blinds were missing but didn’t hinder our time (just looked uncared for). Overall a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with family.

We had a great time here. The kids spent hours and hours in the pool. The house itself is great for multiple groups with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The clubhouse/water park was very busy but we enjoyed spending time there as well. We'd go back

Family Vaccination

There was plenty room and activities for my family. The only three complaints I have is the pool had paper in it. The trash can had loose trash in it that my husband cleaned out to prevent us from being charged and the driving back and forth before receiving entry to the house. Besides those three things this is definitely a great stay for a family vacation. 👪

Great stay

I have stayed at many VRBO homes, this house was lovely and private. The only suggestion I have is for more towels. We put away all glass ware due to children, the home had a nicely stocked kitchen, lots of plates and glasses. Overall we had a GREAT experience, home was clean easy to find, nice staff, nice pool and spa GREAT cable tv. The AC was wonderful inside. Thank you for allowing locals to rent. I own a nice size business 2 hours away, many owners hesitate renting to me ( a local) , until I reveal my company name web site and show I am not a "party" local. I love when locals are welcomed to decompress stress for a week. My kids had fun at Disney. They had fun in the pool, at the Clubhouse arcade, at the splash pad and all within blocks of the house. I have kids from 6 to 22 they walked to the onsite amenities. For future guests**** if you want to visit the Tampa Bay area, you can rent this house and be and a little over an hour from Bush Gardens- Adventure Island Tampa. Disney Parks - Universal Studio's is 25 to 30 min away , short drive. It is a great convenient home for vacation.
