King Suite 3 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite with shower over tub.

King Suite 4 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom.

Cinderella Castle Room (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom, whimsical princess theming.

Finding Dory Room (Sleeps 4): Bunk beds with trundles, colorful aquatic theming inspired by Dory and Nemo.

Agrabah Room (Sleeps 2): Inspired by Aladdin and Jasmine, with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

Total Capacity: Sleeps up to 18 guests in beds.

Optional Pool Heating: $40 per day plus tax (minimum $200 for stays under 5 nights). Must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a $40 activation fee. Heating recommended October through April.

BBQ Rental: Propane grill available for an additional fee, delivered clean and ready. Request in advance, grill not included in standard rental.

Guest Requirements and Booking

Check-In: 4 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM

Minimum Booking Age: 21 years old (young families welcome).

Guests must provide within 24 hours of booking:

Valid photo ID selfie

Names and ages of all adults

Signed rental agreement

Payment card verification if applicable

Occupancy: Limits apply 24 hours a day. No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours after 9 PM.
Pets and Smoking: Not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations follow the published policy at the time of booking. Any eligible refund is processed promptly, minus the non-refundable 3.8 percent merchant processing fee retained by the bank. This ensures transparent and secure handling of all payments.
